very welcoming & helpful staffs! went to get advice on my handicap hamster, an elderly staff whom approached me was really helpful & very knowledgable answered all my questions & doubts! she also advised me on what i can do! i also wish to thank a malay male staff there as well whom also recommended me a vet clinic he brought his fur babies too recently! puts my mind at ease to have a good vet check up on my fur baby!

Thanks Ms Diana for your great help as this is my first time stepping into a pet shop buying toys for my Sydney ‘ new ‘ nephew Archie .. This lady in charged is not onli amicable but also knowledgeable with her profession. She shared wf me so many things regarding diff species of dogs and what kinda toys of accessories they need/ want. Just a little amt of money spent in this ctr, yet I benefitted so much. Many thanks to your friendly service n hope ur ctr will treasure u , Ms Diana.

Fantastic establishment, with caring and knowledgeable staff. Store well stocked with wide range of food, bedding, pet beds for dogs, scratching posts for cats, cages for small animals.
