I usually order online but for lesser purchase I would visit this outlet. From my experience, this outlet has by far the best customer service. There's not one day that I have left the shop feeling otherwise. Friendly, helpful and considerate. Great service goes a long way! 👏

Has been there for pet owners in jurong for a long time, Great shop . The still offer great services and the staff are very approachable and seem to love my pets more than me :D The pricing is very affordable at least for treats . I don't like in Jurong anymore, but I still find myself going back the Pet Station in Jurong Point for pet supplies. The staff are polite and helpful and I'm able to find good quality cat food for my pet. RECOMMENDED

Quite an extensive range of pet products that should fit most people's needs. However, the price tends to be a bit higher compared to online stores. I go here only for emergencies when I need to get supplies on the same day.

I prefer petlover centre over this because of service. If you were to walk in a petlover outlet, surely you will be welcomed by the staffs and the staffs will approach you and offer assistance but at this store, when i walked in and stand for a mere 10mins in there and pretend to "search" for items, the staffs will not even bother approaching me to offer any assistance.
