Of all the Redmans I have been to, this is probably my favourite outlet, both to shop and for bake lessons. The store is huge and well-stocked! I came here for baking class with Chef Anna. The baking studio layout is very classroom style, and each student has one workstation. Everything is well-organised and accessible, and also most ingredients are pre-measured for attendees which is nice. Will definitely be back for more!

Redman is a shop for all your cooking needs. They sell hardware.like pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine, blender and even flame torch for brulee. There's also a wide selection of Redman in-house brand packed foods like oats, quinoa, pasta and all sorts of material you can think of for cooking. There's a freezer section fresh meat counter and also confectionery section. They even have a room for conducting cooking classes. All in all, it's a great place to shop for your cooking needs and the price is very reasonable.

One-stop store for finding baking products. They have anything related to baking and cooking ranging from the utensils, kitchen tools and equipment till the ingredients and the raw material itself. It gets crowded on the Sunday upon dismisal of service timing, beside that timing, it is pretty much less crowd.

I love to come to such shops to look at baking and cooking stuff. Got myself a Microplane for my cheese blocks to make pasta and to stock up on my EasiYo Yoghurt. Great place to get all your baking supplies. They even have a corner for meats and some frozen stuff which you will not see at other branches.

Massive variety of packaging needs, baking ingredients, and this store even has a chilled meat counter and frozen meat and fish section. However, very disappointing range of dairy. Butter is expensive, and the brands of cream and cream cheese are not any you would have heard of yet priced rather premium! I picked up cream at the supermarket for a few dollars less.

Large range of products and equipment for any Baker and cook to choose from. prices are also very reasonable. They even have meats and a fresh don (rice bowl) counter.

Mandatory stop for cooking practitioners. They carry all supplies and tools for baking and pastries, and a wide assortment of cheeses, meats and spices for cooking. Prices are reasonable and staff will happily help you if requested.

So many things to see and buy. Everything is sorted neatly here, unlike at some neighbourhood Phoon Huats haha! When they're on sale, the items are super affordable and cheaper than supermarket prices. Will come back whenever I need to bake up a storm!

Phoon Huat has a store wide 10% discount on Wed and Sun, so it's a good day to stock up if you need to. Some basics can be surprisingly affordable, just got some Italian linguine for lower than NTUC prices.
