Zwift, like the company's name did a swift job in collecting my items from my doorstep few days after I've arranged for the pick up. Smooth communication via WhatsApp on the confirmation of time and date for collection and they also sent a reminder before coming over for the collection. Very professional and much recommended. A great place to get quality blogshop brand pieces at affordable prices! Lots of them are brand new with tags too, or 'like new' condition. Refash has plenty of discounts and ongoing promotions keeping their prices even more affordable. Despite not being able to try the clothes on, I've found the online measurements to be highly reliable. I will be happily purchasing a lot more moving forward! :)

Enjoy selling my clothes to Refash, the retail staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the variety of items available and affordability in the store. This is a great way to be more sustainable. Sometimes takes a while to pay us if it's via paynow but mostly a good experience.

I dropped off my clothes at refash westgate in 07/22. unfortunately I have still not gotten an update on my payout and it is 3/23. I don't mind any valuation, but an update as promised would be appreciated. as for buying, the online thrifting option is very fuss free and convenient. unfortunately one of the items I checked out was defected, so I was refunded promptly. if you're looking for just buying from them, this is a great option. however, payout might need some improvement customer service wise.

I'd usually thrift their clothes at physical stores and prices are cheaper and you can easily get a feel of the quality and sizes. I bought clothes from their online platform twice. My first online thrift wasn't great as quality of clothes weren't what I would have gotten, but I guess that's what you get with online purchases (can't see and touch the materials properly yourself). I gave the online platform a second chance recently with their big sale and managed to snag several good pieces - happy with about 4/6 of them! I recommend other thifters to wait for big sales, look at the sizing guides carefully and buy from good brands for best experiences

The selling experience is great. Two big bags of clothes were evaluated within 2 weeks and the cash proceed of $220 was payout on the same day (instead of the 60 working days). Thanks to REFASH that the clothes are able to find its new owner.

I love that they give detailed description of the items including all the sizing measurements. Affordable prices and regularly have sales/discounts. All the items I've received are in good condition. Only negative point is that sometimes I have surprises from the clothes received because the pictures didn't do it justice - eg the sleeves were those types with holes. That wasnt evident from the photos of the front and back on the website. Overall, I highly recommend. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

I opt for picked up services from REFASH and the process is fast and efficient! Everything goes on smoothly from the start (requesting pickup) to end (getting payment). Although I wished the offer given was higher, I understand that it’s not easy to sell all the items. After trying to sell all the items on my own, I guess this is one of the fastest way. Convenient and efficient, hope my clothes find their new owner soon. Other than the low prices, overall service was good and prompt. Might suggest people to just opt for delivery rather than droping them off at store. Maybe this can minimise the miscommunication of not getting paid or replies promptly.

I enjoyed the seamless service from the start till then. I just packed all my clothing that I doesn't wear anymore, registered online and left it at the doorstep. The team will then WhatsApp to inform you on the payout. They also helped to donate the unqualified clothes to Salvation army so either way the clothes are still being recycled for better use. This is my first time using Refash and I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and convenience of the entire experience. I packed my clothes in a box and dropped it off at Refash HQ. The entire process of dropping off the clothes > getting the items assessed > receiving payment took 1 week which IMO is really fast. It's a great way to clear out my closet and not let the clothes go to waste as well. Very happy that all the items were accepted! I think the prices quoted are fair considering that they are ultimately still running a business and will have to make a reasonable margin from selling the clothes to cover other ongoing costs. :) Definitely prefer this compared to individually selling the clothes on my own. Online shopping quite good! Clothes quite new and price reasonable!( now the price is a bit high) Delivery quite fast! One time they sent wrong item to me, although I want the item that I purchased , unfortunately I didn’t get it, but I got a refund ! So generally, it's a good experience!

1st time ordering (using a 1st timer 25% disc code). Smooth self collect at HQ since its near home and faster for me to get the items. Clothing received as described. Happened to have 1pcs that I can wear but a little too tight for me. Tried to return but wasnt convenient; I have to return to HQ (only open during office hours which I cmi), and cannot return it to their outlet retail which was more convenient for me. That deduct the 1star as I end-up didnt arrange the courier for it (too troublesome and not cost effective).

There is a lot of collection outlet of Refash and it is convenience to drop off the clothes . They processed quite fast and receive the payment within 7 days. Recommend to use this method to clear your wardrobes.
