We have been looking for ceiling fans and lights and we so happened to pass by this shop after having lunch nearby. And we were so impressed with the customer service by Yee Hang! The staff were polite and didn't try to sell you their more expensive items. Yee Hang is very knowledgeable about his products and he gave very practical advice. He took the effort to calculate what size of ceiling fan would be more suitable for our needs. This is so different from the other shops that we have visited; those hardly gave a damn. Look no further if you are looking for lights and fans, BTW they also sell bathroom accessories. Highly recommended!!!

Probably my best experience in shopping for stuff for my new home. I have moved houses thrice in my life and each experience of purchasing home stuff has always been fraught with incidences. But not with Regal… it has been such a pleasant experience that I have come here 3 times to buy fans, lights and now toilet fittings. Christina and Yee Hang are just experts in what they do and their delivery of incredible hospitality is just so humbling and amazing. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable, customer oriented, responsive supplier of your new home, don’t even check others, just go with Regal!

I chanced upon Regal Lighting while having lunch nearby. The service provided by Yee Hang is exceptional. I ordered ceiling fans and lights from Regal. The sales process and after sales services are splendid! Even when Yee Hang was on leave during Dec and I messaged the mobile provided, I was responded very quickly by Chris and with solutions.
