The office is housed in a decrepit warehouse, no showroom or showcase to show what they carry; totally not a place to impressed anyone. It appears to be an online-sale company. However, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism of the gentleman who attended to me and his patience to look in the warehouse to get me the different models and sizes to try. I paid for a model using Paynow; but finally decided to change to another lower-priced model and the refund process was fast.
