Visited the Chinatown branch to renew my Sim only plan. Was served by Dennis Goh who displayed excellent customer service to me and my sister. He even did a comparison of the various Sim plans for us and advised us to choose a better plan with a lower price. He also explained very clearly to us the plans after that with great patience. Surely it was such a pleasant experience with this Singtel staff. Keep up the good work Dennis!

I read the good reviews pertaining to this branch and I thought I just give it a try. To my surprise, their service was fantastic. In my experience with other Singtel branches, especially the one in Bugis, the staff seemed so disinterested and bored in serving the guests. Their faces were always very glum, not smiling. The queue is always very very long. At the Chinatown branch, I was served by Dennis. He was not only knowlegeable but patient with my numerous questions. Very attentive and humurous too. The service was excellent. Would kindly recommend this branch to anyone who requires such service. It makes our visit very pleasant.

The staff here are all very friendly especially Jasmine. She has very good product knowledge and recommended the phone and plan based on my needs. Had been to the Chinatown Singtel shop recently and found that both staffs Shane and Dennis are very helpful. Shane Ng attended to me between 7pm to 8pm on Saturday, 18 Sept.She was knowledgeable and pleasant while assisting me to buy a new phone. She meticulously shared various upgrading options with me before I decided on a new phone. After I decided on the change of phone she helped me to migrate my data to my new phone as well as select my accessories. The customer experience was efficient and pleasant. Overall I felt this was better than service at comcentre singtel. Shame on the Singtel. All the nicer shop setting but horrendous service.

Just got a tourist sim for 12$. You need your passport and payment is in cash. They activated the card, it worked right away! Simple. Took like 2 min.

I was having trouble with activating the SIM I bought at a 7-11. The man there was able to fix it and it now it works. When in doubt, get someone who knows what they're doing instead of trying in vain to do it yourself. They were wonderful.

Been here twice 1st accompanied my sister in law to get a home broadband connection service. Now accompanied my husband to get a new phone.
