Ivan did a brilliant job helping my 78-year-old dad with his phone purchase and phone plan. He patiently aided him to transfer data to the new phone and went over and above his ways to support him. An outstanding experience I must say. My dad tried purchasing from another retailer in Nex but was put off by the nonchalant attitude of the sales staff who directed him to the most expensive phone. So kudos to Ivan. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!
