Have been with Spaceship for the past 7 months. At its core, Spaceship is about community and being surrounded by other like-minded people. Well designed working space & well thought of storage area with multiple value added benefits. Special shoutout to the fantastic team consisting of Elaine, Angeline and Wei Ming that are willing to serve its members in every aspects. Firstly, Elaine is extremely prompt in assisting all my operation requirements pertaining to my business activities from major incident of resolving the power trip immediately to small matter of finding out the reasons for the “Failed” parcel pick up incidents. Sometimes, it is the small issue that really matters to the daily business operations the most. As for Angeline & Wei Ming, they address more towards my business requirements such as understanding the business needs and provide constructive & flexible pricing and rental option for my considerations. The service provided doesn’t stop after confirming the rental arrangement, they will follow up with all their members to find out what else can be improved and done better moving forward. With all these, I would say Spaceship’s environment is great for small business owners who would like to start off their entrepreneurial journey. Especially for E-Commerce sector. Kudos to Spaceship team and management! Keep up the great work and I’m looking forward to work with your guys while grinding towards my entrepreneurial missions.

Extremely glad we took a space at Spaceship! Spaceship not just provided us with a lot of convenience with the facilities and tools they provided us, their service is top notch as well. Elaine from Spaceship has always been super helpful in attending all our queries and issues. She's always gone the extra mile and attended to our problems faced even when some of our issues are courier related, and not related to the space.
