Thankful to be able to try out different shortlisted earpieces before making the decision, after all I’m buying something in price range of hundreds. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in advising recommended model based on my needs. The try on service is also a pleasant one with mirror to see the fit and all while being seated. Went to pick up a pair of Audioengine speakers which I had reserved over at Shopee (chat reply by a human was very responsive). Aron was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my endless wannabe-audiophile questions, being a first-time buyer of high-end audio products. The shop was like showroom. Was surprised that they even allowed you to test listen to the speakers in a close-to-actual sit-down listening experience. Was blown away by the sound of the speakers when listened to at premium conditions i.e. seated with the speakers angled at 15degrees on speaker stands in front of you. Like what the online expert reviews said, the Audioengine A2+ despite its small size delivered thumping base, crystal clear highs and goose-pimples inducing vocals that seemed as if the singer was right in front of me. Service was thoughtful and top-notch as they provided water from a water-cooler as you sip while enjoying the music. Thoughtfully provided a large Ikea bag to carry away my purchase. Will return for sure!

Shop assistants are very friendly and helpful in making suggestions for suitable headphones within my budget price range, and patient as I sat in the store for a long time trying out different headsets. They are also attentive and came to me after I took off each headset to ask how I felt about it. Only bought a 3rd party ear pad here and they even helped to replace it, which wasn’t an easy task for my model. Full marks for the service.

Been getting my audiophile needs met here. Had my Nuras get weird on me months ago and Yen suggested I give it some time before writing it off. He immediately knew what would match my needs after I told him my preferred music and patiently let me try before suggesting i give my earpiece time. Oh I love this shop. I could try on different headphones and ear phones before I buy. The the shop's staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, esp Ryan. We ended up buying a lovely Sony Noise Cancelling Headphone. We feel satisfied that we made a good choice for ourselves because noise cancelling headphones are pricey in general, but the shop's price is good and comparable to all the major chain stores for similar items, and we have tried about 5 different sets (all very good), and very comfortable that the one we bought suited our needs. Good service, fair price. Wonderful.
