Been watching Crin on YouTube for years so I had to visit his shop. When I got there, I bumped into him on the stairs as I was walking up, I didn't want to fanboy out on him so I didn't mention I knew him; he was super nice though, gave me directions up to his shop. The staff in the hangout were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They're so genuinely passionate about audio and keyboards, really felt amazing to be in the store as you could tell the staff were doing what they loved. Highly recommend this shop, don't buy your next cans, iems, or keyboard from anywhere else!!

The place is great! The employees outdo themselves. You can train hospitality - you cannot train sincerity. The employees were sincere, knowledgeable, and put the interests of the guest first. I say guest - not customer - here, and I'd like to elaborate. Despite being new to the hobby - and only wanting to purchase a small item at most at that, I was treated with respect by the employees. I was neither pandered to and subsequently upselled on an item that would make little sense for a beginner with no firm tastes like myself, nor was I ignored and simply 'made to wait' until I worked up the courage to buy something - to prove I was a customer worth paying attention to - a tactic that many luxury stores, and unfortunately, audiophile and specialist hobby shops, sometimes employ. I was a guest, welcome to try their extensive collection of IEMs and headphones, with attentive staff nearby providing colour commentary, giving me valuable advice on pricing and other evaluation criteria, and various other things that someone new to the hobby wouldn't even think to consider, such as sound signatures. No puff, no pretentiousness, no pressure. Despite being small, the clear sight lines and the cozy atmosphere make it worth visiting at least once. P.S. It's also introvert-friendly. They pay attention to you, but aren't in your face.

It was my first time coming here and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff members were so chill. I spent a good 2hrs+ just sitting down trying out different IEMs recommended by them. Tbh, the team felt more like a bunch of enthusiasts who were helping me find a pair that I would enjoy. Would definitely recommend my friends to come here!

Although their place was abit hard to find, their sign was a good indication that they were open and located at the 3rd floor. No need to knock on the door, just feel free to pop in and try out their variety of keyboards and IEMs/headphones. Their coffee was great and my personal favourite was the Crinacle Special. Staff was friendly and wasn't pushing 24/7, you were free to just go around and touch on the keyboards and if you ever had any questions you could just call for them to assist you. As for their IEM collection, it was a wwwiiidddeee variety of iems so it's best to either tell the staff what IEMs you'd like to try or browse their demo list on their website (hangout.audio) As for their headphones, the ones that are on the demo wall you'll have to let the staff know to take them down for you. The headphones on the rack near the windows are free to take to demo and if you need an amp they'll provide you with one.

The staff said that they need more pictures on Google review so here we go: Visited them last winter and it was a nice place to hangout, sample, and buy IEMs, headphones, and mechanical keyboards and their parts. The vibe was homey and not professional (in a good way) and you could chat with the staff about all of the enthusiast stuff in a chill way. They also have a small espresso machine to sell you some coffees too, price was $2 each. Will visit again next time I go to Singapore and hopefully they have some new headphones and keyboards to try :)

Came because of Crinnacle, ended up with a Salnotes Zero 2. Amazing vibe and very friendly folks that knows how to get the right IEMs even for someone who barely knows one myself. Would visit again if I come to SG another time. Thanks Crinacle.

I stayed in Singapore for 2 nights on my way home and spent 2 days at the hangout. Everyone was so nice to me and recommended headphones and IEMs, keyboards and switches for me to try, from the HD8XX to the HD800 and everything in between. I had good chats with the staff I met, and they all shared many interesting insights and opinions with me, from headphone talk to "what colour lavender was" 🐧. Heck, I was even taken on a private tour to a local foodcourt and given recommendations on the food! Overall, I had an amazing time with the people and the gear here. I look forward to my next visit here and I hope the Crinacle Special could be made slightly less sweet for me next time!

Went in not knowing much about IEMs, but staff was very helpful, friendly, and not pushing Got to try a LOT of different iems, and now likely getting a pair of sm6l’s when I get back home. 10/10

I rarely give reviews but I had to give one. It's a really nice cafe + hangout place for music lovers. The staff really makes it a very homey and personal experience with their exceptional service and sincerity. Coffee is great as well. 11/10 would recommend; feels like you're chilling in a friend's crib.

Was dropping by to get my Zero Two checked because the left driver was abit softer than the right. Axel assisted with me and checked without any questions asked and got it all sorted out for me efficiently. I appreciate the professionalism. Thank you ! P.S. place has a homely feel. Visit the plce on a Tuesday when it was supposed to be closed with my friend but the staff saw us and let us in their office anyway. Very accommodating and friendly. Had a very nice conversation with Yeo and let me and my friend try out the earpieces and talked about the team behind the designs . It was my first time trying high quality earpieces and listening to MCR was life changing hAHAH I might consider getting good earpieces for once. This is definitely a must-visit again :)

Come over and maybe meet your favourite audio YouTuber. Otherwise friendly staff with good suggestions and plenty of opportunity to find the perfect set of iems for you.

Easy enough to get to in person, just walk all the way in towards the very visible counter :). Staff are friendly and can joke with you which is nice.

I've been looking forward to visit this place, and it still blew my expectations. Got the latte, it was very nicely made. Talked with a staff there, he was very nice, we had very fun chatters and sharing opinions. The atmosphere of the place is very good, comfy for people who wants to try listening to several audio products or testing with keyboard products. My plan to spend just 30 minutes here made me spend over 3 hours chattering, enjoying coffee, and test some products. First impressions, I'm just WOW'ed places like these exists. Best keyboard selection in Singapore! Got to visit during my short stay in Singapore. Huge amount of key cap sets, boards, switches and artisan caps. My only regret is not buying more!

Great place to try many different types of headphones and iems that you normally would have to spend lots of money for. The staff there are also friendly and very helpful when asking for suggestions. The lively banter between the employees also gives a lively atmosphere to the place!

Awesome place to try out various iems! Staff was extremely helpful in recommending iems even though I don't know much about describing sound. I simply tried a couple iems, indicated the ones I liked and asked for more recs, and found one that I really liked!

Met Crin in the flesh, from his online persona you’d think he’ll be downbeat but he’s actually super friendly irl HAHA. Grassroots establishment with people from all backgrounds and a very cozy atmosphere, great coffee too. Tried half a dozen earphones and left with a pair of Truthear Zero Reds signed by him, definitely visiting again.

Berri good. Carries alot of iem that you don't get a chance to try in Singapore. One downside is very crowded and cramp during weekend. Also got to see the legendary crinacle when I visited thr place.
