Got our puppy from pup life. Charmaine was helpful in providing information and advice on how to care for the puppy! Can see how much she loves these doggies. Our little sweetie is different when in the shop (being so quiet n sweet) and when he got home (barky but still sweet!). We have brought Simba twice to Puplife for grooming now and both times we feel very assured with the way the staff/team handled Simba throughout the whole journey. After Simba was picked up by the driver from our place, we would receive periodic updates on how Simba is doing. During our first visit to the store, Bernard was really patient and enthusiastic in introducing the puppies to us and sharing some tips on taking good care of them. I could tell these puppies were treated well and taken care of, and it was lovely hearing him share about his own pets. I loved that we had ample time to interact with the puppies and ask questions. On the day we collected our pup, Trella walked us through the entire process of caring for him and she was so patient and helpful in answering our queries and demonstrating the health check for us. She also made sure to capture nice photos for us and our pup. Both Bernard and Trella made our experience here really enjoyable and smooth-sailing. Whisky had an amazing time boarding at Pup Life - I can tell by how she’s beaming so happily in just about every photo and video. The Pup Life team were absolute rockstars - they kept me updated every 2 hours and sent tons of photos and videos that I felt I was right there with Whisky. What’s more important is they really care and love all the doggos that come board with them and it warmed my heart to see how loving they were to my Whisky with tons of cuddles and taking the time to play her fave ball ball with her. Their facilities are gorgeous & top notch both in terms of quality and hygiene and as a very anxious pawrent, I knew I was giving her a 5 star hotel staycation. Whisky grew so attached to the team that she even started following them around on their daily chores - she rarely does that unless she really likes and trusts a person. Sometimes I wondered if she was having a better vacation than me! What impressed me most was how flexible and accommodating the Pup Life team was to all my requests (and trust me there was a long list that kept growing daily as my separation anxiety from Whisky grew!) and with such a cheerful, positive attitude. They are truly the best boarding or should I say 5 star staycation that both Whisky & I experienced (from both a doggo and anxious pawrent perspective). I could go on more but I’ve already written a thesis, so I would highly recommend everyone to try them out! I visited Pup life after seeing a beautifully groomed dog at the dog run. I’ve been to several groomers but Pup life has been the best experience yet. Our groomer Phoebe quickly understood exactly how we wanted Larrys haircut and did not rush through his groom. I have found this in the past as he is a large dog he often comes back patchy and rushed. Not only does he look great but his hair is even and smooth, his paws and nails are perfectly trimmed and he is comfortable and not itching. Would highly recommend especially for larger dogs!

We had to go overseas for about 10 days so our 6 yr old fur baby, Milo (toy poodle) had to be boarded. We were frantically looking for a pet hotel, and found this very clean beautiful boarding place called 'The pup life'. Though we visited without appointment, the friendly staff showed us around and answered all our concerns and enquiry. Thanks to all of you at The Pup life for the love and care you have shown our Milo during his 10 days stay. We were really scared at first as this was his first staycation ever, but the daily pics and videos of his walks, play times, eating time, during day and the cctv coverage at night, kept us updated. So we could spend our vacation stress free with the knowledge that he is happy and taken care well. The cooked food provided by us were diligently given and documented with pics. When the evening walks were cancelled due to rain, they even accomodated special walks for milo upon request. I was impressed at how observant the staff was when they told us about some hotspots he had on his skin, which we had not noticed before leaving him there. We quickly sent them his skin cream and they applied it daily. We noticed his skin had improved when we brought him bck home. The staycation packages are really reasonable and the services are worth every cent. He even had a furbomb spa 🥰 The feedback we got at the end of stay period, on his adjustment during the stay helped us and shows how closely the staff have interacted with him. We are definitely going to leave Milo for another staycation so he can enjoy the time with the humans and dog friends again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻💐

I have tried 3 groomers and I must say that The Pup Life provided the best service, in term of prompt correspondences,transportation and update the status of my pup Milo. The price is reasonable too. This is our first time visiting The Pup Life for their grooming services since we heard of them via Instagram. Upon reaching, I can see that the store owner made effort in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the whole place. They made it beautiful for a nice photoshoot. We went for the basic grooming which includes co2 spa, nail cutting, ear cleaning, paw pad shave, sanitary & under belly shave. The groomer make sure to check with me on the things to take note during their grooming which I really appreciate. My pups came out happy and they seem to enjoy themselves. At the end of the day, they sent me photos of their grooming process to make sure I get updated that my pups are in good hands & well taken care of. Their coat looks beautiful and glossy. I'm sure I'd be back again!

First time bringing my puppy Sugar for grooming. Appointment booking was easy and no hard selling. Full grooming took less than 3 hours. At the end of the grooming session, Joelle gave me tips on how to care for my puppy and even sent me video on how to brush her. Will visit the Pup Life again. The only issue on visiting this place is the parking where there are only limited lots nearby.

Came across the ad on FB & decided to give Pup Life SG a try as my fur baby was due for a grooming session. As a first time customer, there was a 50 percent discount! To top that, they provide FREE transportation (2 way on weekdays). Service right from the start was wonderful and the staff were professional and patient in replying to any questions I had prior to making the booking. My fur baby was picked up and upon arrival at the shop, they sent me a video (of her playing with other doggies there) to say that she arrived safely. She was sent home smelling nice, looking fresh, clean and cuter :) thank you Joelle for taking care of my fur baby. Amazing experience purchasing my first puppy here! The staffs ash and bernard is so thorough and patient in educating me on being a first time pawrent. The entire process took 4 hours! They allowed meand my family to interact with the puppy as long as we needed. They were also very transparent with the breeder info, the parentage of the puppy and i was given all the health certificates of the puppy! Im suler pleased with their service and would recommend anybody who is looking for a new puppy and need dog groomjng services to look for them!
