Excellent. I am impressed. The colours are vibrant and crisp. Every colour showed up and true to the artwork I provided them. No disappearing of lighter colour. Collected at Funan. Staffs are polite.

I’m really happy for the purchase from THEIMPRINT!! I did a last minute customise mug purchase from them and they get it done within a week for me. I’m grateful for that. The mugs are of good quality, nicely printed. It comes with box, nice paper bag and nice card for me to choose and write my messages. Initially, one of the mug is not printed clearly. I feedback to them about it, they immediately did a reprint for me and delivered it to me for free. Their service is excellent!! Quick with replies and solving issue. Would definitely look for THEIMPRINT again if I need to get a customise gift. Thank you THEIMPRINT!

Jus like the other posts have mentioned the sales in charge at Nex is quite impatient I understand her pain cos she needs to answer the same set of questions repeatedly to different customers. I hope the management take note and work out something that is amicable for both. Yet to test the product , but it looks good and job well done.

Decent quality for personalised product. A good place to get a personalised product as gift. Also it comes with a box so decent packaging! However what I want to compliment even more is their service. They are quick to solving issue. I requested for complimentary card but was initially did not deliver. Within the next day, i got a special delivery for the card and it reached me before I needed to give my gift out. Love how they are quick to serve! Will definitely look for them if I need to get a gift. They will make sure it happens

I love it! Bought the blue one for my 14 inch laptop and it is amazing, I have gotten soooo many compliments already! Delivery was way quicker than expected, too. Can only recommend!

Ordered two sets of 16 inch customized laptop sleeves with A5 notebook online. During collection, I realized they gave me the 14 inch sleeves instead of the 16 inch sleeves. The sales person immediately rectified the problem by reprinting on the spot, which took around 30 mins to complete. The packaging was presentable. Only drawback was the box was not secured tightly with a ribbon or tape. This causes the box to partially open up when placed inside the paper bag, revealing the product. I suggest the company to use an elastic band/ribbon/tape to secure the packaging. Alternatively, redesign the packaging box so this problem can be eliminated.

THEIMPRINT and their staff are very professional. Ordered 7 notebooks and only after 2 days, they notified me that the notebooks are ready for collection. Went to Funan mall to collect and was welcomed with a smile by Nur (i hope i got her name right). Customer experience from order to collection is very delightful. Most important if you’re gonna ask me. When it comes to the product, the notebook is perfectly cut. There’s no uneven cut from its cover to its pages. You can easily tell that the paper (pages) are on a high quality. Not so thin, but not so thick. Not too rough but not too glossy that the ink is absorbed quickly and doesn’t smudge. Highly recommended and will definitely order again.

The case feels luxurious and it is compacted. The imprints on the case are classic and minimalistic. The case isn’t bulky and it slides easily into my pocket. The case I bought is for iPhone 11 Pro Max, not sure about the 12s onwards as the sides are flat.
