At first, we agreed on starting the operation at 10am sharp 2 days ago, but due to a sudden change or plans we had to contact their boss (Keith) for it to be delayed till the next day (which is yesterday). He was understanding to my sudden change of plans and agreed to squeeze my slot into their already hectic schedule yesterday.Whole operation was fast and efficient, everything done for me in a very experienced manner.
