Got my cutest pom from Wag a Tail after 2 visits to see him. Staff there were helpful in giving advice about his temperament and how to manage a puppy. The staff & management went beyond to help out when my pup was unwell on the first 2 days, bringing him back to the store and their vet, getting him back on track and fully recovered to come home after another 5 days. Wag A Tail is the cleanest pet shop I have been to and my first thought was that the shop smells very pleasant! At first, I wasn’t sure what breed will be suitable for my family as it was our first time getting a puppy. The staff there were really patient and shared with me with many tips and knowledge of different puppy breeds before I made my decision. I really appreciated that they were sincere and not pushy at all. The photo attached is my 15 months old chihuahua from Wag A Tail. I brought him to the vet recently for his yearly check and the vet mentioned that he is in good health! Thank you Wag A Tail! Highly recommend checking them out!

Wag a Tail is amazing. They really care about placing the right fur-kids with the right fur-parents. We recently lost our fur-son two weeks ago and it has been a very difficult time for my wife and I. Celest and Brandon were very patient and compassionate, presented us with furkids of different personalities, allowed us to have time with them so we could connect with the right fur-baby for my wife and I. I recently visited the Joo Chiat location with my sister. She constantly raves about this store so I went with her. I'm expat from another country. They were very nice and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable. Your employee (meiqi I believe her name was) was so helpful with advice and help for my pup... When I settled my new pup , I will certainly be visiting there again.

Got this amazing golden from them a month ago. Had been waiting 6 months this after the previous one which I had reserved was unable to be sold to us as the checkup showed that he will have hip problems in the future. They refunded the deposit on the spot and kept in touch with me till now! Thank you all for your patience and still remembering me haha! I'm so glad I waited! Top notch service, explanation even after post-purchase! Really recommended! Can always book an appointment to check it out, plus they just newly opened another store in AMK! 😁👍🏻

I was so satisfied with the responsive and level of care and compassion staff provided to my puppy during their care ... and to me. My goldendoodle puppy took a liking for the store everyone we walk past. What an amazing staff of heros! Truly love animals ! Such an incredible emergency vet tech hotline when needed, The store's front desk staff is very professional and knowledgeable, as was the vet tech that took care our pup. The facility is also extremely clean. We were in and out in 3 hours. Highly recommend but they go by appointment only so best to make appointments first. Their handover takes an hour at least , very responsible store , always checking on our first few nights

An amazing place to go to. My friends and family been going there for all our pets, Celeste and Chloe has so much knowledge about literally everything. There is a huge selection for breeds, and the vet techs can give you so much information about how to introduce a new family and so on. I recommend this place so much!!!

Heard about wag a tail from many friends and families, and I got my very first puppy from them! It was unfortunate that my puppy was sick a few days later I bought it from them, but Wag a tail took my puppy back and even took him to a vet to have him nursed back to health and without any charges. Now my pup is healthy and very playful, and im very grateful to them for nursing back my pup. Would recommend 10/10 to friends and families!!

This shop puts more importance on the welfare of puppies than any other I have been to, such as; - no walk-in to view puppies, the pups are not put on display. Appointments need to be made, then the puppy is brought to the shop front and after that, sent back to rest - I made a down payment for a 2-month old Yorkshire girl, but was not allowed to bring her home, till 2 weeks later, to assure that the puppy is healthy and strong enough to go home - the puppy was fed premium raw diet while living in the shop The salesman probe for my experience with dogs and despite that I am not a first time dog owner, gave me a puppy handbook on how to prepare and care for the new puppy. During the 2 week wait period, the salesman sent regular updates on the puppy. Once, he informed that she ate lesser than usual, and suspected that she may have caught a cold from being in the air-con room. They will monitor her more closely and bring her to the vet, if required. If she is not well, I can only bring her home, after she recovered. Fortunately, the puppy was back to her old self the next day. The shop owner contacted me a few days after I brought the new puppy home to check on the puppy. The puppy was not due for her 3rd jab when I brought her home; the shop promised to pay the vet's bill for this 3rd jab. True enough, after I sent them the bill, they transferred the payment immediately. My new Yorkie girl is thriving, healthy and rambunctious,

The staff were awesome! And they replied really fast on WhatsApp! They were patient and kind! They update their Instagram regarding new puppies that come in really quickly. Thank you Mei Qi for helping me out with choosing my baby, Pudding! He has grown to be a little guy with a big, big attitude and a ferocious appetite 😂 Pudding was relatively healthy save for his loose kneecaps, which the vet told me was nothing to worry about. Wag A Tail also followed up with me after I brought him home and asked about Pudding's conditions and answered all my questions. Have a bit of problem in the beginning but they solve it promptly, good attitude and sincere, also compensate me with grooming service for express their apology. Good customer service, a pet shop you can trust to deal with. The experience was a little unpleasant at first, but they solved it promptly and didn't avoid their problems. Josh was very nice, apologized sincerely, and provided grooming services several times for free. The after-sales service is good, at least it is guaranteed, so everyone can rest assured.

Been watching their Tik Tok live and saw alot of good reviews and comments. The owner showcase few of their puppies and found it cute. End up walked in today and their staffs are quite attentive. Sam, Sue Ann and Janice are very professional and answers all of my queries. They guide me every single steps as I am a 1st time owner.
