Great sale pre and post service. Value for promotion packages. Sale personnel number 1 service. We got a size water basin for our kitchen. Got it change effortlessly without having to knocked our heads. No pressurizing you to purchase and no strong arm tactics. Spend times slowly accompanying you to see and view different items. Would recommend all my friends to consider visiting this shop.

10/10 will recommend Wasser, especially excellent service by Cyrus! I walked into this shop as it was one of those that closes later than the rest. Despite it being near closing time, Cyrus was super patient and helpful, giving me good recommendations and explaining the quality and features of their products! I actually left to look for other options and he was still friendly at the end, so we decided to go back even though the prices at the other store was slightly cheaper but the product quality seemed lower too. His after-sales service was super amazing too, and he helped me confirm collection details even though it was his off-day. I was so impressed with him that I immediately returned to the store when I needed more things for my renovation. Will definitely recommend Wasser to everyone!

A friend recommended that we make the purchase at Wasser to refurbish our bathroom after they have done theirs and I have to say I was mighty impressed with the selection of products that they have on display. Buying and making delivery arrangement was a breeze after having cracked our head on deciding which is nicer and which is more suitable for our design. Everything went as planned and on the delivery day, we encounter a slight problem, one of the basins had a slight marking on the bottom and we really don't like it. We called their office and managed to sort out the problem and had the basin returned and re-delivered within 2 days. Kudos to their service and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

We were served by Melanie who had greet us with a cheerful smile when we enter the shop. She asked all the right questions and was able to provide an answer or a solution to exactly what we were looking for. Prices here are competitive as compared with other bathroom shops we have looked at however they have a much bigger selection of products to choose from.Finally, we bought ourselves 2 sets of toilet bowl and basin promotionpackage with basin tap, a double bowl kitchen sink and taps, heater and 2 set of bathroom accessories all for an amount which in my opinion is a rather good bargain. Would recommend anyone to visits here when looking to update/replace their bathroom.

Bought induction cooker and hob set, taps, toilet bowls, shower heads and basin from Space, Wasser bath in June 2019. Space was very patient, friendly, she does’nt hard sell and listen to our needs and requirements. She even goes the extra mile to communicate with our ID on the delivery & installation, which makes the entire process hassle free for us. Last month I encountered some problem while installing a 3rd party automatic tap to my existing tap. Contacted Space and she gave advice on what I should do to make it works. And today, my hob has issue synchronising and have to contact Space again. She assisted to contact their supplier immediately to get in touch with me to troubleshoot. It has been close to a year and she still provide us with excellent after sales service. I am truly amazed and grateful for meeting Space. Highly recommended! I like the variety, attentiveness of the saleslady and the discounted prices of their products at their store. Unfortunately, their recommended contractor who came to fix out sanitaryware left behind a messy, uneven, unprofessional workmanship. After complaining to the shop, rectification by contractor was made after 1.5 weeks.

Was recommended by my ID. Initially tot it's pricy but after using their IXIS brand, think is value for money. AND the aftersales from Space (our salesperson) is SUPERD so far. Very responsive even for aftersales! Not to mention patient in handling customer like me! :)

Trying her best to help us to get a good deal from bathroom stuff to lighting. Trying to fit in the last min delivery we really need and she was there when we need some advise.
