It's a beautiful, modern building office cum Shopping building in the Civic District. It has ample car-parks plus reasonable fast Food joints from Teh Tarik, Coffee Tarik plus Indian Pastry [curry puffs, vada etc], sushi, Noodles plus sandwiches and high grade coffee such as Lattee, Cupocino etc. There's a couple of tailor shops on the first level, Saloon plus nail and foot therapy centres with a couple of Medical Clinics. All in all, the CIMB is housed on a higher level; withstanding the Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank. The abundance of office spaces is higher Levels. It is attached to the Change Alley Shopping . There's also a Seven Eleven Store on the Ground Level. It us accessible to the Raffles Place MRT Station.
