A mall in the middle of a main road. It has the usual stores like 7-eleven and Cold Storage. However, there is nothing special to see about the mall.

A small mall that located next to apartments. There are Cold storage, coffee bean 24 hours, cedele, guardian, toast box, gym 24 hours. Newly renovated food court look more bright and with the kampong atmosphere. Wanton noodle taste good.

Surprised to see such great mix of food varieties. From pu-tian crusine to local Kway chap and even claypot porridge. This place have a supermarket and good amenities. A great place to have for nearby residents.

The food court just opening on december, all the food is nice and convenience for those people stay and work around There. The cold storage provide quality groceries . Holamobile selling latest phone and phone accesories, mobile top up and they also provided repair gadgets service. Bread shop, pearl drink_LIHO Tea, Guardian, Pizza., cut hair servive, 7 eleven, all at level 1. For level 2 there are tuition centre, clinic,Coffee Bean. Nice and cozy place.

Local shopping centre in private estate with a Cold Storage Supermarket and a few generic restaurants and a improved picnic food court. Due the new HDB blocks opposite, the nice and quiet centre is now crowded and low class. Will avoid this now, if I can find another place to shop and eat.

Nice shopping mall. The food court accepts only cash. The rebranded cold storage now known as CS Fresh still offer wide variety of food.

Awesome place to have family time and go shopping! Then food here is great and it has a large rooftop for you to enjoy the sunset!!! But the place has little choices of food and slightly run down at the food court. So I will be giving it 4 ★ for its magnificent design.

Small mall, but lots of food here. There's a Cold Storage supermarket here with pretty good range of products. There's a food court, a few restaurants on the top floor, a cake shop, ice cream joint, ATMs and a laundromat. Parking is a bit limited though.

A mall for those who can afford it. Compared to other malls, you will only find stuff that is on the pricier side of the spectrum. From Cold Storage to Cedele. These stores are priced above average as compared to Fair price etc. Besides that they have an Anytime Fitness Outlet, which is pretty decent. However, when it's peak period the gym gets cramped. All in all a decent mall but only if you live around that estate (private houses).

Generally a quiet niche place with some children tuition and enrichment centre. Albeit there is "buzz" today due to car park road diversion due to some road works near the usual car park entrance. In addition, the usually calm shopping for groceries in Cold Storage was disrupted, with a bevy of fair ladies waiting outside the supermarket & the backdrop of the groceries alley inside, used as wedding photoshoots. What a pleasant experience adding spice to groceries shopping, given the damp weather conditions outside.

Enjoy the quiet mall. Enjoy the cedele, CBTL and awfully chocolate. The food court on level 1 added more food choices. Overall great.

Nothing much here. Very convenient if you stay around here but expect much. No shopping no mac not much choices of food. However a place where u can buy groceries, have your lazy lunch out, drink coffee or see a doctor.

There's Kcuts, Gong cha, cold storage, 7eleven, guardian and other restaurants on the second floor which makes it convenient for residents at Seletar Hill to do some basic shopping or dining-in. However the food court is in quite terrible shape as there are a lot of empty stalls and the food and drinks are rather costly and have limited selections. Would prefer to eat at Seletar mall food court for more variety.

Lacking in quality food court. But the usual staple like Chicken Rice, Roast Meat, Yong Tau Foo and Ban mian are alright. New hotpot addition in 2020. May be worth a try...

Very few selections, but there are favourites like Cedele Café, Awfully Chocolate, Cold Stone Creamery, Rakuichi Sushi and Old Chang Kee! A great alternative if you would like to have different food selection at Seletar Mall which is about 7 mins drive away.

It's a very small mall as compared to other malls in Singapore, but you will find almost everything you are looking for except for branded shops and stuff as it is more like a food court sought of mall with a cold storage outlet inside, you won't be able to find a very good halal food spot here, there is only 1 and that is just ok

A simple place nearby for foods and groceries. Mixture should be sufficient for most needs. If you need more, you can take buses to nearby malls like Hougang One or Seletar.
