Met Chia Hao at Westgate branch and he was really friendly and professional with recommending the TV based on latest promos and deals. After sales service was great too and he also helped with delivery arrangement and vouchers redemption instructions. Will recommend anyone looking to buy appliances to look for him for good service 👍🏻

I was assisted by Ka Chun and Microsoft surface ambassador Patrick at Jem Harvey Norman. I have no intention to get anything, especially I still carried my own SurfacePro8 with me at that time. KC approached me and proposed me the current promo if I get a new set. Patrick explained to me the difference between my existing and new model. Both of them were very helpful , professional and they served me with great smiles. After talking to them, I’ve decided to grab the deal. KC then leaded me to the cashier and shared with me the different payment methods. Patrick helped me to set up everything on my new device. I was very pleased with their service and I will definitely recommend my friends to come.

Bought a brand new Samsung TV at Westgate outlet for my new BTO. Unfortunately the tv was spoilt on the day it was delivered. The process of getting it replaced was lengthy and troublesome maybe it was just around CNY. But the Dept head of TV section, Johnson Ho followed up closely and endure all our frustrations and anger. He did not escape from any responsibilities instead he make sure the TV was delivered just in time for CNY. Highly recommended Johnson, a patient n knowledgeable sales person!

Was desperate to find replacement water heater on Saturday evening since our current heater suddenly leak badly. The only available contractor for earliest installation is for the water heater which is not in stock at Westgate outlet. Great management. Came in with a faulty appliance I had bought the previous day, but did not have the receipt. Store manager came to the rescue. Only had to show the bank transfer in my banking app and everything was taken care off. Thank you Sir. Will definitely shop here again.

Distancing itself from the rest of the IT outlets here in Westgate, this spanking new outlet is breathtaking in look-and-feel for starters. The layout deserves, what I considered, the honor of an experiential store. Wide aisles, brightly lit, and a showpiece of discerning merchandising, you can feel technology in the air. Unfortunately, the bane of Singapore's retail sector is present too - mobile phone gazing and back-to-the-customers sales staffs shed two stars off
