An "ok" mall for Basic needs. There are gyms on the upper floors which cater for particular segment. The MOVIE house on 3rd flooe ate the only MOVIE house in the ENTIRE PASIR RIS REGION (don't laugh). So I give it 5 stars.

Great place to stay with children, this place intergrated with waterpark, and shopping mall. But for lazy people like me, this place kindda far from nearest transport (bus). Getting cheap eats around quite easy. Nearby shopping mall have foodcourt with cheap price. Upper level have more expensive restaurant and cafe.

A great place as all in one. Shopping, Cinema, Karaoke, saloon, swimming pools etc. A place to relax and dinning too.Beside a beautiful seaside view near it.

There's the usual FairPrice CNY Bazaar, and it's much less crowded than other malls/ outlets, no need to jostle with the kiasu aunties & ah behs over mandarins and other new year goodies. Just directly above the new Japan Home store opened at the revamped level (at the former Orchid Bowl), hopefully there'll also be other big retailers setting up pop-up bazaars here more frequently.
