This is a mix of commercial with B1 industrial units . As a B1 industrial space - it truly is where you will find functionality meets convenience and accessibility. Situated within 3 mins walk to Tai Seng MRT, commuting is a breeze, ensuring seamless connectivity for employees and clients alike. With TOP in 2011, it remains clean and modern, the corridors are neat - suitable for business clients’ visits. What sets the light industrial units apart are those with north / south -facing orientation, allowing abundant natural light to flood the space, fostering a productive and vibrant work environment. You find a good mix of creative tenants from tailor, dance studio, to events company here. Tenants appreciate the attached bathroom in every unit.

Went there to view my new house smart lighting. Yeelight.co Fantastic place to buy the home smart lighting solutions. The owner Dennis is superb humble and know his stuff very well. Price was extremely reasonable not like the usual lighting stores or some ID which die die want u to use their recommended vendor.

Personally only visited the passion gadgets shop at the first level of building. Based on location, it can be quite secluded and away from traffic and people which is why I gave 4 stars. But due to closeness to Bartley MRT I find it quite convenient to find if one is taking public transport.

Came here to get to. Shop and didn't realise there are actually quite a few pubs and eateries around! Definitely a place I wanna try out (after all these covid dinning restrictions). Always a fan of non-city centre pub options.
