Bike parking available at B3. Security guard advised to just walk under the car park barrier. Very limited though, 10 spaces only.

I just went to the Apple Store to collect a iPhone 13 which my son brought for me. The staff was so helpful that he spend so long to help to transfer my Samsung phone data to my iPhone. It is first time here and it is so clean and have calm atmosphere.

I don't understand why we have to download an app and i have to create a login just to redeem my free parking that I am entitled to with my purchase? So backward, and complete waste of time and waste of money to develop the app.

It was a very lovely and classy place. Elegant with 6 floors of shopping. Staffs are very helpful, it will be a pleasant shopping experience. I'm moved by the huge automatic revolving door at the entrance to welcome me. Reminded me of Fortnum and Mason Piccadilly London store :)

Occupied by Robinson's now. Good selection of different brands. Quite different from what you would get in other malls. For men, they offer good selection of shoes, jeans and clothing.

Great departmental store - Robinsons - that is now the anchor tenant of the building. There are many other nice shops that appeal to crowd around the 20s (if you're younger that that, Cineleisure may be a better option for you) with more spending power, as the prices can be a little steeper.

Modern shopping mall right in the city (orchard road) , robinsons located right on the first storey of the mall with a variety of other branded shops can be found in the heeren. Dining options are available although you can expect the prices to be slightly higher in some food shops.Theres an office block right behind the shopping mall too..........great place if you are looking for higher end/branded items such as handbags and watches and robinson sales are attractive too

Robinsons is the main thing which stands out The Heeren, I believe. Almost every one time per month I'll visit Robinsons at The Heeren to get my items needed for my home! There's a Mark and Spencer inside, all the way down at one of the corner in the basement of Robinsons. Great wines being offered at a great and decent price! Really worth it!

I went to Courts Heeren to look for a soundbar, and at Yamaha show room, the sales promoter Reno patiently explained the functions and showing all types of scenarios to get the prefect sound, and I was convinced to buy. He even sent his staff to come to my house to fine tune the soundbar after the delivery. I bought the Yamaha YSP-2700 soundbar and I am very satisfied with it.

Lots of stuff but quality is midrange for relatively high prices. Does not add much over let's say Tangs or Takashimaya.. all offer the same lame stuff but this one does it at higher prices for some odd reason.

The Heeren is now fully Robinsons and it seems to have revitalised the mall. It is now set up like Tangs with lots of good shopping. The food selection at the basement is good.
