Neighbourhood heartland shopping mall walking distance covered pathway to Bukit Batok MRT station and bus interchange with plenty of local delights and International cuisines dinning shopping banking library Electric Electronic telecommunication postage services household products community centre cinemas entertainment supermarkets and amenities. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats locals visitors and families.
Nice and delicious Thai food (sweet sour and spicy). Recommended affordable Thai food at Koufu's Westmall.
It's my first time visiting in west mall so good I'm enjoying Cathay cinema it's good and more shops Also available.
One of my favorite hangout over the weekend with my kids as there's library located on the 4th floor. Good selection of books. Also there's many affordable restaurants for your choosing. But I always choose the food court for my meals as there's many hidden gems within and the price is really affordable for the price.
It's good shopping mall .....it's located at Bukit batok ...it has KFC .subway.. many more things like library etc ....
Good place where can buy any food I want if hungry
Reallu enjoy the night there..
Book the whole place for sister birthday gathering
Steady customer service and fast.
They are renoviating. Sure it will become better
Only time I go here is for movies or the 24 hour coffee bean. If you are really in for big shopping then Not recommended. But good for small catch up session with friends. Lots of food option available despite being a small mall.
Very small shopping mall in the west. Apart from Harvey Norman, Cold Storage and Watsons, no other big brand names. Food wise so so also. Fashion forget it. They do have quite a few pushcarts with interesting items tho.
Good from the outside and nice when you are inside too. One look around the circumference of the shops, you mayvbe easily see all the important places around it
Small but the best mall in surrounding of Bukit Batok ,almost all the stores are available here with a small public library, inthe Koufu may food options and available 😊
Located just one MRT station away from Jurong East, West Mall is currently undergoing a major facelift. Usually come here to shop at Tom & Stephanie, lunch at Encik Tan eating the all-time family favorite curry chicken drumstick rice and drinking Viet coffee at Mr. Bean. There are other shops too where you can get from groceries to gadgets...Drop on by whenever you reach the west.
New library upcoming under renovation, Koufu, Bata, Coffeebean, Starbucks, Chateraise, Pizza Hut, KFC, Subway.
West Mall is one of the famous Shopping mall In Bukit Batok. It's Situated beside the Bukit Batok MTR
Staff have good knowledge and very friendly. I was serve by naz from switch+, I had a lovely experience. Thank you naz and switch+ staff. I'm loving my ipad♥️ head down guys.! You won't regret.
Small but adequate shop Centre
-Only one ATM (UOB basement);
-Cold Storage;
-Fast Food=B'King, Pizza Hut, KFC;
- Clorhes & Shoes stores;
-Large FoodCourt top & MY Boleh food stores at midfloor;
-Cinema & 天下& Music & child Dance Sch;
-Good food in Sanook(Good value 4$), Swensen(Western),
- Foot massage is expensive
Hair cut.
- Grab machines 4 child.
- Lift, handicap access.
My fav mall, whatever stuff I need can be found here. Can't wait to see new outlook after the renovation.
Nice mall. They are having renovation work in basement.
Just a simple neighbourhood mall with standard fare. The regulars like food court, Malaysia boleh, cold storage, old changkee...nothing special. My go to place after my Saturday exercise. There is a small Korean mart which is useful to get Korean ingredients.
Not very pack... I have never seen any security guard walk around.
Very convenient place due to MRT station nearby with. Heavy with human traffic during weekend & public holiday
This mall is a bit small compared to other town centre shopping malls like in Bishan , Woodlands or Ang Mo Kio. It has a library but is small as well. Cold storage supermarket is at B1. The food court has quite many options but none for vegans/vegetarians.
Beautiful neighborhood multi-stories shopping mall filled with all kinds of fashion retail shops, cakes, pastries and confectionery, restaurants, promotional events, very crowded and busy during weekends. It is located within a short walking distance to Bukit Batok MRT, with covered walkway. Very friendly service staffs, polite and courteous, speaks all languages. Don't miss it! 😀
It houses one of the easiest to access cold storages. Cold storage is undoubtedly pricier. But I'd still buy my meats there than elsewhere.
And my wife discovered a new bread that they make. A pumpkin loaf that is just yummy. More than half the price charged by snooty bakeries.
The daily veg specials, 3 for $2.50, is always a good buy.
Great place. Good food. Lots of selection and flavours.Great crowds.
Big mall
Good place for 2-3 hours shopping at nice clean shops, good quality at medium pricing...affordable. Big variety of food and snacks available with over the counter purchase with short waits. Good characters the service agents there,
They have everything you need plus a local food court, a public library to rest your feet, a small playground to humour the little souls with big voices.Just outside is heartlands type places including a food court with different variety, and a $10 for 3 type bargains, competing with WestMall Valu$ shops.
Great visit and easy two hours passed, acan walk in 2 minutes to the bus terminal and the MRT Station.
The female toilet on level 4: there are either no water from the basin taps or very small flow of water. Out of the 5 to 6 basin taps, only 1 or 2 are working. I think the taps are being controlled by the management to save water. Can you imagine a food court (kou fu) next to the toilet. I wonder how the staff handling the food manage to wash their hands after going to the toilet. On a brighter note, the cubicles & toilet are quite clean. I think the janitors are doing a good job in keeping the toilet clean. My husband also complained about the water flow in the male toilet. Please have someone check on the water flow in Level 4 toilets. Thank you.
food clothes electronics and movie. small shopping centre compared to others, still enough to satisfy your needs. parking is $2+ per entry after 5pm. no bikes allowed. advisable to park at the multi storey carpark just beside the mall
It's not the best heartland mall around, but it'll do. You have a cinema, fast food, food court, supermarkets. The latter, which have more options available nearby the vicinity too. Even the MRT have essential amenities and shops along the way to Fairprice. We grew up here, used to hang out in the arcade on level 5 after school, which has since become a tuition centre. Times have changed but my memories will stay always.
A small shopping centre with food courts, variety of shops and a cinema. Bukit Batok MRT station is just beside the shopping centre .
Did my new specs there and collected them recently. Rarely get the chance to visit the mall otherwise. Pretty decent mall with various shops and food options. 👍🏻🙂 Right in front of the mall is the Bukit Batok mrt stn. Easily accessible for people who takes public transport like me.
This mall is small. but, have 3 pharmacy, 2 bread shop, electric shop, 1 big supermarket. Food court and eating house selling different kinds of various foods, coffee house....Here can buy daily necessities medicine electric appliances and meals etc....
Koufu Food court at level is getting better since my last visit. Tried ever favourite Koo Kee Yong Tou Foo and Angus Beef Steak at Pepper Lunch. Great value for money. Coffee set with large eggs and Bun toast @$2.80. place is also clean when visiting just before lunch.
Nice food. Great place to visit to Taiwan. Ah chye pet treats was here g
Had a wonderful experience.
Great for short stroll with family! Lots of food options for Halal diet and nearby MRT which, another stretch of Halal foods to choose from
Nice mall, convenient to me, and have decent stores and things enough u can get what u want there. And the food places and selections are satisfactory good too. Can't complain.
Beautiful mall for shopping and eating Also
Small shopping mall in west but very well equipped with shops for amenities and food options and just besides bukit batok Mrt which is one stop from jurong East Mrt
Small place spanning on 4 floors....good shops....have a lot of variety.....good numbers of eating joints....don't have big fancy showrooms.....but essential things could be found here....in the center.....open market has been setup for cheap things....too crowded though on weekends because of size....Got some confectioneries as well!!!
Driveway is single lane, so can be quite a build up. Parking after 5/6 pm is a flat fee. Google guides you through a public carpark before you get to the actual basement carpark. Not sure if any other less confusing way in.
I went there in the morning to run some errands. I wanted to go to Starhub shop but it was not opened yet when I went there around 10+. The internet mentioned that it will open at 11am so I waited and it was still close at 11:15am. A lady from a neighbouring shop told me that it has not been opening even at the start of CB exit phase 2. So it will not open until further notice while M1 and Singtel there were open. Anyway, there is Malaysia Boleh food court there with very yummy penang fried kwe tiao, curry chicken noodle and etc.. There are Popular books shop, Japan Home, Cold Storage supermarket and Singpost office. This mall may not be a big mall but it is good enough for quick shopping and to run errands. If you ever need a cup of fragrant coffee, you may chillax (chill out and relax) at Coffee Bean at level 1 😊
As the name of mall suggest, very stereotype with the essential services and retail. Pretty complete with cinema, SingPost, Library KOUFU and supermarket. Ample basement parking available. Nearby complemented by HDB shoplot array of hair salons, banks and POEMS.
Under renovation, merchandise store should do more.
Went there for a movie around 9.30pm. Easy to park, not very crowded. But most of the shop closing soon. If you wanna shop do be early and check closing hours.
pretty old mall. has decent selection of fnb and lil shops selling household items. right next to Bukit batok mrt so quite convenient :-) has harvey norman n popular bookstore n library but quite smol so range may not be as good
It is still a fantastic mall after so many years. I look forward to see the upgraded west mall.
Have almost everything i need. Carpark per entry starts earlier than most mall.
Shopping mall. Lot of shops, food court on 4th level and 2nd level, clinical shops, supermarket at basement. Movie theater and Singpost office at 5th floor. Bakery shop selling cakes and lots of restaurants/cafes and 3 fast food chains.
Known restaurants and fast food are available, but if you are driving park opposite hdb car park as the parking chargers are very expensive....
A mall of everything that any household needs. Etc - for hobbies, daily use items, middle income families, education & recreation.
Also nice peranakan bakery shop "Bengawan solo" at the basement. Best.
Good varieties of foods and cineplex are on the top floor
It's is sufficient to fulfil the needs of the people in the HDB estates but is not large enough to attract shoppers from Jurong East and Jurong West....
One of the usual community malls in Singapore. This one is located in Bukit Batok
Convenient mall located in Bukit Batok area with a decent cinema. Not many choices of restaurants but have a very well stocked Cold Storage Supermarket.
a mall that does not have much in relative to other malls...due to its small size, there will always be a constant search for a place to sit and eat...do recommend to go on non-peak hours if you want to shop here.
Cathay cinema, all major fast food joints including Subway, Pizza Hut, Mc Donalds. Right over Bukit Batok MRT. 1 station to Jurong interchange
A community-type shopping mall, although it is small, it has all the essentials
The mall is not a big place, but it sells probably everything you want to see, and it also has a nice movie theater.
Sometimes the dessert seems to be a long time old and not the same day, because the surface will be dry and the taste will not be good. It should be fresh.
It is almost impossible to see that the waiters in Malaysian restaurants can serve people with physical disabilities. Not only Weicheng, but also the JURONG POINT Malaysian restaurant's waiting room does not serve people with physical disabilities.
The busiest mall and the only mall that I often visit
Parking fees are cheaper than those in the Orchard area, but more expensive than regular shopping malls. The basic price is S$2.80, which is about 50% higher.
Things are cheaper than other markets. What I am more satisfied with is the food there. There is a canteen on the 4th floor and I bought a lot of things there.
