my experience with ivy is always the best. She’s always very meticulous in her work and the extraction process is one of the gentlest and non painful. I always leave satisfied with the smoothest face which is hardly red.

Visited the holland village branch my beautician IVY GAN very skilful with performing the facial and very good service .i hope the Company will give her better recognition .

Been following Ivy for the past 6 years or so, happy that she's found her footing at One Holland V. Super convenient to get to. Needless to say, Ivy is the standard when it comes to facials. It's important to have a beautician that knows what is good for your skin and not apply same product across all customers/ for your skin all the time. Her skills are undeniable and would recommend her greatly.

Came in for their $98 trial and it was one of the better facial I have done. Ivy did a great job in doing a thorough extraction and the whole process was blissful.

I did microneedle treatment last week. My skin was glowing and i noticed my pores were smaller and lesser production of oil! I would definitely come back and they provide great customer service.
