We booked a couple onsen massage package and the reception is very welcoming. The massage techniques are on point and we added a “gua sha” service $38, but there’s a little selling by them during the massage. Selling is ok but it’s best to do it after the session. All in all, we had a great time there.

Booked in advance for 3 wks. Tried couple message +back scrubing + onsen. Price is 286. Dissapointed by the message therapists‘ hardsale on Gua Sha. And the frontdesk was nice but cannot get my boyfriends points about asking TCM. Onsen was nice and safe in a private room. Well decorated with personal caring stuffs. Overall satisfied, yet not perfect.

Tried out the 2pax Signature Komayuki Onsen Ritual including a full-body massage and use of a private room for the onsen. Happy with the service - reception and massage staff were respectful and polite, and the facilities were clean. Left the premises feeling relaxed yet energised. Will definitely consider coming back when we need another self-care day!

It was my 2nd visit here. 1st was before covid hits. The standard is still as good as I last remembered. Truly enjoyed the massage, scrub and of course the onsen bath. I felt so rejuvenated after that. Will definitely visit again for another round of spa treatment. I had a really good night sleep after that. 🙂

Great value private onsen and massage package for 2 pax (125 min in total). Staff didn't try to sell us any additional packages or products, which was nice. The private onsen rooms are very clean and come with ensuite shower and steam, and water dispenser for guests to keep hydrated.

Xiu ru is one of the best massuer I had over the year. Tried her service today. Not only she has enough force her technique is also good. V pleasant lady. Make comfortable conversion w me. Spoken to Jessie after the session. No hardsell, very sweet sharing. Definitely considering this place when I finish my existing package!

Great place. Went for Couple Koyamaki Onsen promo (which is only available at Centrepoint). Massage was great for both my partner and myself. Onsen area was clean and soothing to soak (40 or 45min time limit). Everything is provided (except self-grooming products such as make up/hair gel) so you can visit without any baggage worry-free. As many mentioned too, no hard selling of any kind, which is a great plus for a stress-free session. However, if you are interested in visiting again, they seem to have exclusive promotion packages so do inquire about them. All in all a wonderful 2 hours.

Went with a friend for the couple promo $248. Includes 40mins onsen and 60 mins massage. The staff were all very friendly. The onsen wasnt too hot, it was very comfortable and truly relaxes my body. The massuer was also great, she avoided my injuries and targeted my tension point. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely visit again :)

Tried the onsen spa ritual package for my wife's birthday and it was a pleasant experience. 40 minutes for private onsen which was clean and spotless, followed by massage and back scrub in couple room which was extremely clean too. Will definitely go back!

Had a couple massage on Saturday. Book on friday night. The massage was on point. According to our preferences on the pressure. My husband also love it. I didnt get the name of our masseuse but they both are good. Especially the face massage. Really make us fall asleep. The best part is the bed has a warmer so u dont feel cold at all. Eventhough my husband go for deep tissue it didnt leave any marks on the next day. The onsen was soooo good. And love that its private. Will sure come back again!

I'm really appreciative of how Elements Wellness helped me find a slot to match my busy schedule, was impressed as most other places I was looking at for a couple onsen simply said sorry no slots. My wife and I enjoyed a couple massage and onsen at the Centrepoint outlet. It was a calming, fuss free affair, just register, and straight into the room for the massage followed by the onsen. We recommend this place for couples looking for a peaceful time of relaxing together.

The first timer onsen + massage spa package for couples is very very worth it. You get a private onsen room to yourselves for an entire hour and the next hour was a full body massage. The staffs were very polite and Elements Wellness Centrepoint has very little people and is very quiet. If you have never tried Onsen (Hot Spring) Spa, this first timer package will be worth it. I felt extremely relaxed, yet rejuvenated after the entire spa session. Personally, it would be better to enjoy the session at the end of a long tiring day :)

The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely like that 1-hour body massage by Lisa and Yuki that relieves the pain. I went for the Onsen therapy experience for Two and it was simply refreshing! Missed Japan's onsen so much and this was a good local alternative. got a gift voucher from Singexperience as wedding gift from a friend. couldnt wait to try this couples KOYAMAKI ONSEN. the location of the centre is also very ideal, away from the noise of children and shoppers in the mall. we were welcomed by very friendly staff by the front desk. we were then led to a massage room. told to change out and be ready for the massage! yay. there was a body scrub! im not sure how much of our body was supposed to be scrubbed but we only had our back scrubbed. doesnt matter, it was nice. i chose Medium strength for the massage, while my husband chose Relaxing (or something. the least intense one). onward we went for the onsen. we were told we have 45 mins. it was so steamy and hot. it was so good. im not sure why the water was a little cloudy. but i guess it was the doing of the koyamaki wood. it was a great onsen room with full toiletries and hair dryer! we finished the whole onsen session in 20-30 mins as we couldnt deal with the heat anymore. i felt palpitations. theres water dispenser in the room too. to keep us hydrated throughout the session! finally we completed everything and left Elements with a smile on our faces, and relaxed bodies! thank you so much! just something to note, the masseuses actions felt like they just wanted to get their job done. perhaps a little more chill with the towels and dont rush. as a third party, we could feel it and i was surprised my husband and i felt the same way. otherwise its good! we would recommend.

Been here twice and absolutely love the massage as it puts me to sleep each time. The place is very cosy and relaxing. Private onsen was amazing and the staff gave me an additional 15 minutes. Not sure if it’s just me but I wish there were slightly more ventilation. Would definitely return again nonetheless.

Went to element wellness at centrepoint with my husband for their signature promo koyamaki onsen ritual with a back scrub,massage and private room onsen that also comes with private shower facilities. The massage was good for me n hub , therapist dont talk during work n it was really relaxed. What is good is the heated massage bed that warms up our body after about 45mins into massage. No pushy package or sales, enjoyable experience and hope to return again for a couple spa.
