I always enjoy my massage at this Novena outlet. The counter lady Ms Wai is really professional and knowledgeable, she is also very helpful and friendly. I did deep tissue with Tina today and she is really good. I had 4P with Kate earlier and she is good too. Will come back again. Thanks Ms Wai and Tina.

Craved for a massage and was able to get a trial session at this branch. We need to go through a centralised hotline and choose which branch to direct the call to. So had to make a few calls as no vacancies at some branches. The massage was very shiok. The pressure was good and at the right spots. Highly recommend Ms. Kate. The room was pretty basic and small. The locker was small, too, so it is good to bring only a smaller bag if you want your valuables to be locked up. The reception was basic, not exactly friendly and warm. After the massage, I was told a drink would be served. I saw a cup of drink left on the table at the reception area and some awkward moment spent wondering if that drink was for me. Toilet could be better improved. It kind of let you doubt the hygiene level in this outlet. I'm definitely not keen to try out any scrub and bath in such a toilet. Overall, you have to be realistic that you will not get the spa like experience for the price they are charging. But if you are in need of a good massage and happen to get a good masseur, then you can definitely try it out. But very appreciative that they do not hard sell. No one tried to tell me to sign any package, which is great when you are tired and really just want some peaceful moment to recharge.

I would like to compliment the excellent service provided by Tina. I always enjoy my 2 hours deep tissue massage by her. She is very experienced and attentive to my needs. Well done, Tina.

Dropped by the healing touch Novena branch today and was assisted by Ms Serene at the reception who was super helful with regards to making a booking and reccomendations. I did a deep tissue with Miko whom using a thai style of massage really worked hard to clear the knots in my muscles. She was very thorough and it was a great massage. Would definitely book her again in the future. Thanks Team

Clean environment and masseur is professional and skillful. Dont expect fanciful ambience because it is very simple and basic. Went for thai massage and was expecting a Thai masseur but the masseur assigned was a Chinese. I was skeptical at first but it turns out to be a great experience! She was skillful and does her job well! Receptionist is very friendly and introduce me the package. She was not pushy at all and I appreciate it. I decided to sign up because the price is very affordable and professional service provided. Just one point to note that the receptionist had a strong cigarette smell but its not really an issue to me. Overall, very worth the price and I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

You know a massage place is fantastic when 1) you exit the place feeling, for the first time, that you actually want to buy a package and to go back to the same masseuse, Peggy. 2) and as you contemplate, another customer comes in and says he’s been visiting for the past 3 years with his wife and always asked for Peggy. And finally 3) my body actually felt much lighter after the session. Great service for the price, many locations, online booking system that actually works, and more importantly, skilled masseuses. Oh and did I mention to ask for Peggy?

I always go to peggy for deep tissue massage! I like the fact that prior to every massage, she checks with me the strength I would prefer as well as my target spots. She was also friendly and dedicated and really good at relieving any muscle knots I might have. Always feel very relaxed and well taken care of by her!

A massage parlour that is not exactly very accessible if you are driving. Lots of ongoing construction in the vicinity and there is no sheltered walkway to get here. I parked my vehicle at United Square Mall. That being said, if you have no issues finding your way here, you are in for a treat. Front desk is welcoming and service was excellent. There will be some online forms you'll need to fill in in order to gain access to the facility, which is good since we are still in the Covid-19 pandemic. I selected a 1-hour massage with a free moxa upgrade. Having read most of the reviews on google I requested for Peggy's service. She was super strong and I must say it was not the relaxing kind of massage, but more of a massage to help relieve tension and tight muscles. Get ready to be stepped on all over as she makes her way from your feet to your neck! At the end of the massage I definitely felt refreshed and rejuvenated. Payment was made by VISA and checking out was a breeze.

5 shining stars to Helen who I did a slimming trial with. She was professional, clear in explaining the process and very friendly throughout. Her character and demeanour did NOT change regardless of which session we were on (you know how some spa staff get pushier as time goes on...), or when I indicated I was not continuing after the trial sessions. She was so respectful of my choice and continued to chat and offer advice. I'm honestly quite "touched" because such a response is sooo rare in Singapore, out of the many places I've been to.

Modest interior at novena branch but that translates into reasonable price. My favourite go to masseur is Peggy - her knowledge of TCM enables her with the skills to target at the right spots. She has helped to remove aches from my exercise regime and is always pleasant and friendly.

This local massage franchise is one of the few semi-spa/reflexology ones I know of that offers has a Thai massage option using Thai massage therapy techniques. Not every outlet offers it, it depends on the reflexologists available, but I had one at this one a few months ago and it was excellent. However, their prices are at the level of reflexology chains (standard tcm places like WanYang) rather than stupid overpriced spa places. This Novena outlet has been here for several years and their therapists always look very happy.
