Very friendly upon making reservation. However, I felt weird that they made me sign up as a member but still charged the non member price. No forms asking about health conditions or injuries which I feel is a bit hazardous. Also, they ask you at the beginning if you want to use aroma oil ... Which is almost always included anyways for any massage.. but it was charged at 15$ Massage rooms are basic ... You do not get to shower before your massage (unless maybe you ask them but I didn't so I'm not sure) The massage itself I found was a bit too rough as also mentioned by a few other reviewers.... Even upon asking over and over it still felt a bit rough. Tbh I didn't really feel relaxed after the massage. Which is a pity because I live so close to this spa and would have loved to come regularly if I had a good experience :(

Been to this place for years, usually always top service we had. This time I must say it’s quite disappointing than relaxing. 1) we are not first comer, we know how things work there and we requested for male masseur for my husband as he need extra pressure. The girl that end up massage my husband said no male masseur available today. We did ask thru phone when making the booking and they said can provide. Nvm, maybe they just busy or on break. Throughout the session, we can hear male voices chit chatting but positive thinking myb it just other customer. Apparently after our session done, male masseur ware everywhere. Beside our room, standing with their friends on reception area, sitting outside, even walking on corridor. Where were they earlier? 2) lady that do my massage did 1000% energy on my shoulder and neck area, but her energy level drop to -1000% on scalp area. Asked her to go harder, she put like 10% maybe to let me feel asleep. 3) went for 60’ full body massage, it’s more like 50’ back massage, 2’ legs, 3’ neck, 5’ scalp. Hand is not part of body? Not sure what happened this time. Hopefully next time back to the great service.

Mixed bag.. Good therapists but not all rooms have showers which is dissapointing

Good strong massage, not for the weak. They do offer Sweden "massage" which will be like scratching your itch. Only for angmohs and the weak. My first time with them was like someone had given me a beating. Second round a week later was so good that it put me to sleep. Only problem is I paid for a 90 min massage that only lasted for 80 min.

Fabulous and fantastic service! Had a relaxing and enjoyable massage there. Masseurs are friendly and appoachable. They made my time spent there really fun! Definitely going there again!

I've been to most well established spas in Singapore. Well furbished, Easy parking, Friendly staffs, Experienced masseuses. Visiting to this spa is now part of my weekly routines today. Look no where else. This is the one!

Did a 45mins foot and 15mins back massage. It was really good. Clean place with comfortable seat, good ambience. Very professional.

Really good. Persimmon foot massage for two days in a row. Price $30 for 30 minutes. With occasional promotions, it's $36 an hour. Very cheap but satisfying massage compared to Singapore prices. I really recommend it

I think they are really good at body/foot massages. The masseuses do separate massages for each area, and the cost-effectiveness seems to be very good. I highly recommend it.
