I love this spa ♡ 2x celebrated our wedding anniversary here booking the vip room very worth it :) massage I love it always make me sleep food also not bad I love the unlimited order as long you can finish if not got charge for waste food.

The free flow food was marginal. The recreation movie room was ok. The hot and cold tub in the toilet was small and can only fit 5 people max. Lockers are provided in the toilet and they have a separate male and female massage segment. The massage was slightly above average. Good but not super fantastic either. Be prepared to spend about $150 for a 1 hour massage. You can use their remaining facilities without time limit. But makes me wonder really how long can one person stay inside that confined space for? Don't think I will re visit this place.

Highly recommended SaSa and Nana, two skillful lady! On point , good TCM massage and extremely knowledgeable and always focus on parts where I'm having pain. Surprisingly after first session with them, my pain area are all gone. Thumbs up 👍 for Sasa and NaNa!

I wanted to give this a 3.5 stars but alas, google reviews do not allow me to do that. So I struggle between giving it a 3 or a 4. We went on a weekday for their online couple package, which include 2 x 60 mins massage and a 30 mins at the couple jacuzzi. Probably due to the fact that it was a weekday, we did not see more than 10 customers there at any time. The hot pool and cold pool are just that. Temperature controlled chlorine water. While it is a jacuzzi pool, the setup of the jet is such that it will ever only ever hit the lower back. The pools are gender segregated. Also, the wife only saw a hot tub with no sight of cold tub. The buffet offers fried chicken wing (mid section), stir fried spinach, black pepper pork/chicken, white rice and ABC soup. It's somewhat like a mini mixed vegetable store. There are dim sum such as baos, siew mai and lo mak gai as well. Fruits wise, they had bananas and water melon. We ate a bit before heading for our massage. We thought this was it for the food but they have ala carte menu after the buffet ended. (More on that after the massage) When it was time for our couple massage, we proceed to VIP room. We chose to do the jacuzzi first. Unlike the communal hot and cold tub, we were able to adjust our body so that the jets can hit our sore spot. Unfortunately, the jet are also not as strong as the one in the communal pool Also, the tub was really dirty. We could literally see tiny dirt floating around the tub. Although we booked for 30 mins, we were out of it in 20 and quickly shower to clean ourselves up. Next up was the massage. We were not exactly experts with massage. It was relaxing for the wife but was ok for me. We headed to the cafe after the massage. The buffet food was mostly done but as mentioned earlier, we were able to order from a list of ala carte. We ordered braised pork rice, springrolls and their herbal chicken soup based mini-steamboat. They also offer fruit juice and we ordered a cup of water melon juice and a cup of orange juice. The a la carte menu provides a good variety of food and kindda make up for the lack of it during the buffet. There's a movie room and a sleeping room which we did not have time to try. Finally, the staff are really friendly. They don't hard sell and as it is our first time in the spa, they showed us around and teach us on how to use some of the facilities. Price: At $199, we had cheaper options at better locations. Some of the ala carte items weren't exactly cheap either. 3/5 Food variety: We were a bit disappointed at first but the ala carte menu make up for it slightly. 4/5 Cleanliness: The place is generally clean but the couple tub really put us off. 3/5 Friendliness: The masseur took time to explain to my wife what each sore point meant. The service staff was also very nice and polite. 5/5 Facilities: They have gender separated suana and jacuzzi pool. The sleeping room and movie room are shared rooms. I will penalised them slightly for missing the cold pool and the smaller pool size at the female section. You could also request to do nails and hair if you called early. 4/5 Massage: I feel it was ok but the wife felt it was relaxing for her first massage. 3/5 Final Remarks. After working out the score , it works out that the average is slightly higher than 3.5 out of 5. However, it is unlikely we will visit this place again due to the pricing. For non-members, to use the facilities, you pay $58/entry. Even for member, the rate was at $48. If you take up a massage, the entry fee is waived. Given that the free facilities are not anything to crow about, we felt it was a bit high. And for this reason, I give the final rating a 3 out of 5.
