Heidi and Michelle have been fantastic to me, with top notch services. From the first day I stepped into the clinic, I found myself surrounded by very knowledgeable and reliable professionals who took the time to explain all procedures clearly. They went on by delivering the promised brilliant services, all while being very professional in terms of scheduling, punctuality, hygiene and equipment in use. Would definitely recommend, anytime any day!

I've done ipl with them for 8 times since the start of the year and the experience have been mostly great. The service team were random at first but as I come more regularly, Corinne was assigned to assist me. She is very kind and thoughtful and gentle. As I have low tolerance to pain, she made sure to constantly check if I'm feeling ok throughout the session. She is careful and also attentive to my reaction throughout the session and to adjust the heat accordingly. The entire end-to-end experience is very comforting and efficiently done with no fuss and no over-selling. I'm glad and comforted that she is my regular beautician as I feel at ease with her.

Had a session with Liz today and she was very thorough and patient. I was returning for an overdue session and felt the sting from the laser more intensely than usual. Liz was very patient with me throughout the session, adjusted the laser intensity and constantly checked with me if i was comfortable. Really appreciate her professionalism! Big thanks to Liz for putting up with a grumpy client like me 😅

Service is good, but they take very very long to reply a WhatsApp message. You can message them on Tuesday but till Sunday there's no reply. Need to keep sending them chaser message to confirm appointment. Because of such long delayed in replying, I might need to switch to other outlets for my appointments already.

Not only that she is very experienced and detailed when doing my OLED hair removal, she also ensures that I am comfortable during the treatment by checking in with me now and then while doing the whole process. After Covid and finally I go back for my treatments Wheelock Orchard. I met Doctor Sin Yong , Doctor Sin Yong is very professional and knowledgeable, he explain to me on several treatment and the result . Eventually I top up and do for the time Freeze Laser , which is the most expensive treatment they claim to be. Doctor Sin Yong is very patient throughout the treatment, he will keep asking if I am able to accept the heat after every single session . Then he increase the heat. He will also explain to me throughout the treatment, making sure I am ok throughout the treatment .Corrine is my therapist , she is very caring, friendly and patient,. She takes her work seriously and ensure I am comfortable . Heidi also very friendly and helpful, she explain to me on the package and recommend me the suitable product. I feel comfortable for my Time Freeze Laser. Specially thanks to Doctor Sin Yong, Heidi and Corrine for the excellent with their services and attitudes.

I highly recommend visiting this branch and asking for Tracy Siew. She excelled in my underarm and onlift sessions. Although I usually go to the Holland branch, renovations led me to Wheelock. Unfortunately, I didn't meet Tracy at the Holland branch as she had recently moved from the Raffles branch. However, during my last onlift session with her at Wheelock, she did exceptionally well. In my four sessions, the first one in Holland was good as I just signed up for the package. However, the second and third sessions were quick and filled with hard selling. Tracy's last session stood out as she gently removed my makeup, provided a slight face massage, and took ample time for the onlift session. She even applied a mask to soothe my face, a step I didn't experience in Holland. Tracy also took her time with my underarm hair removal, and the best part was the entire session was relaxing without any hard selling. Even after all the sessions, there was no pressure, making me consider renewing my package if all sessions could be like hers.

I do my monthly IPL for underarm hair removal! The place is clean and they do the IPL v fast. So far my underarm hair have v little hair and im doing this IPL just to control the hair growth. But overall the IPL does help a lot especially because i used to have lots of hair👍👍.

Kelly Lim is fantastic! I have been to Wheelock branch for a few months. She has been nothing but kind, aring and very sensitive to my needs. Her massage is a nice touch and she always ensures that I am kept warm at all times. Kelly is gentle, professional and all over great. She listens to me as I talk and allows me my space when i wanted quietness. I will be with wheelock for the long haul and Kelly for all my therapies. She is definitely highly recommendable. 10/10!

Came here to feel like I was doing something positive for my acne scars. Was recommended Acnexel and Onliplasma as my scars were relatively deep. I do see some improvements, but I think the bigger boost was to self confidence and knowing that having acne scars do not define who you are. Nevertheless, staff here are definitely professional and I certainly recommend going for treatment if you can afford it :)
