High quality service that really surpassed my expectations! My therapist was so skilled, yet gentle and relaxing at the same time. The ambience is great, really friendly staff - no hard selling at all! Results do show for itself and I’m looking forward to coming back for more pampering 🥰

Haven’t gone for facial in a long time, since my old Facialist stopped doing already. I’m always worried because my skin is very sensitive to products or new treatments. My friend Chloe allowed me to try using her Members package and I’m really glad I tried their signature facial (I believe it’s called Collagen intense treatment) and I did 1 session of LPG for full body slimming. Really impressed with the staff because you can tell they’re very experienced and very caring. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the skincare guide also 😊👍🏻

The experience was enjoyable, and there was no hard selling. Appreciate how they tailored the experience based on my preference - we could choose from quiet, informative or simply relaxing. My skin was noticeably smoother and cleaner from the facial.

I am always very skeptical about facial places and it took me a long time to find somewhere I trust. Looking forward to giving them a try during their first month 20% off. So far it seems they have a focus on scientific education so I am hopeful that it will be better than many other studios out there. Edit: having tried their facial services, I'm impressed! I was cautiously intrigued by Reforma's ethos of being transparent, professional, and no-nonsense (nothing beyond what you really need) and my first experience there supports their promise. Staff CC and Lynn are confident, experienced - always willing to explain what they're doing in detail and their rationale for what they recommend. CC gave skincare advice which took into account things like my daily schedule, my lifestyle and activities, what I'm currently using, my budget + hesitance to use more products, etc. and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. I feel the advice I took away was tailored and thoughtful without pushing too many new products on me. They also followed up with me several days after the appointment itself to ask how my skin is and whether the recommended products are working. I appreciate the attention to customer care. The facial itself was a very good experience - the days after that, people keep telling me my skin looks better. Time will tell whether this skin improvement can be maintained long-term, so I'll try to keep to their skincare recommendations and see if I can achieve a long-term improvement in skin condition.

While I have not yet experienced their services, I have had an excellent interaction with the team behind Reforma. Lesley was very detailed in explaining the available treatments and services to me, and which treatment would be most suitable to my short and long term wants and needs. Despite not yet committing due to my longer working hours, the team was understanding and not pushy, and was very warm with their welcoming (unlike other places). During my walk around the premises, I also noted that the place was very clean and private, which I believe all customers should appreciate a lot.

Cosy and private place for good quality derma facials. I have always been very selective in buying things - clean skin care products, comfortable shoes, practical handbags, well-fitted pants….you name it. And I had carefully selected to do my first-ever facial with Reforma, a salon that values building trust with their clients and high standards. Oh boy was I happy with my choice. Reforma is located in a quaint neighbourhood easily accessible via MRT. The actual store itself is clean, warm, and has a soothing atmosphere. The specialist assigned to me explained every step of the derma facial process to me. She not only listened to my concerns, she heard me and addressed every one of them. I had a very calming and enjoyable 2 hours getting pampered and preened. My skin feels so much softer and smoother after, and I’m exited to go back for my next session. I’ll be bringing my sister with me! Thanks Celia and Lesley.
