The service is super good and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. I got the facial done by L Teen. She is an excellent facial technician and is soft yet meticulous with her application and techniques! They do not hardsell which i appreciate!

Had a very good experience at the skinlab. They handled my sensitive and oily skin very well. Lteen did all my treatments and she was very professional and was very detailed oriented when it came to my face. She extracted all my pimples (which was quite a task!) and she was very skilled at massage and the ice balls which cooled down my face after. All in all very relaxing!! And Shannis handled all the particulars before and after, and was very understanding, friendly and professional!

I recently tried the LDM Triple facial at SkinLab, and it exceeded my expectations. The salon has the perfect balance between no-frills practicality and comforting coziness. I even drifted off to sleep during the light extraction and woke up to the soothing warmth of the LDM Triple's ultrasound technology gently massaging my face. The treatment was perfect for my sensitive skin, with no redness afterward, and it left my skin feeling plump and hydrated. After the session, my face had an immediate glow—such a stark contrast from the tired, sallow skin I walked in with. I also have to mention that May, my therapist, gave me a really lovely shoulder massage, which added to the whole relaxing experience. I felt so refreshed, not only from the facial but from the relaxing nap too. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating skin boost!

Been coming to skinlab jurong point for several months and i really love my experience here. My therapist May is skillful and provides sound advice on how i can better take care of my skin. The sessions are relaxing and i sometimes fall asleep halfway through them. My sister comes to the same branch and she too loves her facial appointment sessions. Kay is also a consultant there, she is always very kind to provide services, and very patient when comes to solving my problems. And therapist Adeline who cleans my 19 child's face, is also very professional in teaching my child how to take care of the face.

She is also very patient and tries to clears all my doubts and explains every product clearly before applying on my face, knowing that I have had bad experience previously. I tried their LDM facial today. The facial is very hydrating and has made my skin brighter. Thumbs up and fully recommend you to try it!

[29/4/2023] Vicky and Kay are wonderful people! Vicky's method of doing facial is calming and relaxing. She makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. Kay also highlights certain promotions that benefits me but she is not pushy. She respects my responses and my boundaries. [2021] Ezann and Lteen were awesome and super approachable. They really served my needs to the best of their abilities. SkinLab's products are wonderful as well.

I have been doing facial care at skin lab medical Jurong point. In the first three years after I came to Singapore, my skin often suffered from acne due to the climate. I paid special attention to skin management and tried various skin care products. Later I saw it in Xiaohongshu. I boldly tried the M22 project and my skin became more and more supple. I paid attention to rest every day and acne rarely appeared. I am very grateful to my facialist May and consultant Kay.
