Brought my grandma to this place for couple massage, consecutively for 2 days. Experience 4 different masseuse. They are all polite, each have their own unique techniques. We like them all, but it still depends alot on personal preference. Have to try to know. They also have a caring and friendly front desk lady boss, shared with us some important points about massage. Appreciate the time she spend on sharing her knowledge. Can feel her love for people and passion for massage 🥰 Will definitely come back again. Thank you ❤

Was looking for couple spa for our anniversary and found this place randomly through goggle and decided to give it a try after reading all the good reviews. Indeed their service is excellent. They decorate the room with anniversary deco which is very sweet of them. My hubby and I really enjoyed our massage and body scrub very much. Most importantly there is no hard selling at all after our session. Would definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.

A lot of shady and dodgy Spa places to choose here in Singapore and I am sure good if that’s the service you looking for. But if looking for a great sports massage with no extras then this would be open my short list of places to consider. Not only a clean and professional staff but also a great full spa with cold and hot bath as well as two options for sauna rooms. This is included in any one hour or more service. Come early or stay after your massage and get the bonus of the wonderful facility. Hats off to the gracious owner Jenny as well as my massage therapist Eva. Look forward to another visit before I depart Singapore.

Went for a massage treatment at Urban Spa on 9 November 2020 and I was really blown away by their fantastic service and warm hospitality from both staff and boss. From my booking to the actual consultation, the entire process with Urban Spa was hassle free. Their foot reflexology with back massage was very professional, extremely soothing and therapeutic. After a good massage, I was served with good ginger tea and local desserts such as green bean soup which is healthy and enriching. The spa facility is extremely clean and well maintained. As a first time customer, the promotion prices were very attractive and affordable. Special thanks and appreciation to Jenny who was very friendly, passionate and informative about various spa/massage knowledge. A very underrated spa I would say. There should be more hype and many people talking about it! Will definitely come back again with friends and family in the near future! Highly recommended. Keep up with the great services. The moment i step in till the end of my session i felt so pampered! Jenny from the counter registered , sat down to explain what kind of massage i want! Secondly ,when i went in to do a massage with gigi she massage all my tensions points , and liturally felt no pain after my session. Thirdly , i did facial with rose , i had so much laughter talking to her while she do the extraction. Really omg worth the money to get this overall best feeling ever which i couldnt ask for more hehehe! I love them so much , definitely will come back again !

Thoroughly enjoyed my massage here! Spa owner, Jenny, was very hospitable and that in itself made the entire experience memorable. She found my friend and I slots for an hour's massage each, despite it being a busy Saturday night. She also proceeded to send me very precise photo directions to the spa. The spa is extremely clean and sanitary, with rooms that come with en-suite shower. The therapist who attended to me was very attentive to the pain points on my body. Quality is assured and I'll definitely be back for their other services!

We had an awesome massage yesterday at the urban spa. The facilities are so clean and the ambience in the massage room is just right. Elva and Qiqi are professional and polite. Found this place when i was looking for couple spa for my hubby's birthday. Jenny, the owner is very patient and took the time to explain to us on the treatments and oils available. Our masseurs Elva and QiQi are really professional, experienced and nice to talk to. My hubby and I both love the massage so much. The place is cosy and clean with great hospitality and services provided.They even go the extra mile to decorate the room with birthday deco for my hubby. Most importantly no hard selling. Would definitely come back again and recommend to my friends.

Wanted a massage session with my friend on our off day so we googled and found Urban Spa with lots of good reviews and decided to go for it - without any reservations (a weekday of course fyi, pls make a reservation, don't be like us lol). Jenny is so patient and explained to us about the different massages/essential oil before we started on the session. My body felt really great after the full body massage (my masseur was Winter) and we were even offered drinks/small dessert after it. We had a mini chat with Jenny, such a nice lady who truly cares about her customers! :D Overall, this place really exceeded my expectation and i would highly recommend Urban Spa if you want a good massage or in the vicinity.

Found a treasure in the sea of massage spa available in the city area. Am greeted by Jenny at the entrance and am given a quick introduction of the services as well as a simple survey of what kind of massage i would like. During which i am served some traditional treats while waiting for them to get ready. The bath is available for customers to use, so i washed off my sweat with the warm water. The masseur Elva is also veteran with her adjustments of strength when she detect my muscle straining from pain. Her small talk is also endearing and interesting, with a deeper insight into the condition of my body with some advise on how to take care of it, i also learned that she aspires to be a professional body therapist in the future. She also worked on the parts that she thinks i need more attention on. I fell asleep soundly as she continues the session. I awake feeling refreshed and feeling lighter around my neck and back. I will definitely return for another session.

I always have a pleasant experience when I go for a massage at Urban Spa. The room is neat, clean n comfortable. Miss Winter , the masseuse gives me a great relaxing massage ( can fall asleep also)! Miss Hana, the spa's receptionist is very professional. There are texts from her to remind n confirm with me for my massage appointment. She also patiently explained to me about the sauna , jacuzzi n dipping pool when I enquired about the cost, time n usage of the facilities. When paying for the massage , the staff are very careful n there is another senior person which makes sure all the money/card payment is done correctly n accurately. Very important this arrangement ! This is probably the best massage place in Singapore! We got a couple massage, Swedish style and had a very relaxing time with the skilful team knowing just the correct amount of pressure to apply. The experience was exceptional with easy reservation by whatsapp, and Jenny was incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Rooms are clean, facilities are spotless and no hard selling here (which is a huge relief to everyone). 5 star service for an affordable price, will be back!

The experience was great from start to finish. Staff were really thoughtful, even offering to decorate the room as it was my partner's birthday. The massage with Coco was amazing too. It was my second time doing a full body massage here, and I drifted off both times -- it was that relaxing. Unfortunately due to Covid, they weren't able to serve any drinks or dessert, but I will definitely come back again.

Chanced upon this place on google map, 10/10 highly recommend and would come again. All the staff were very polite and helpful, and no hardselling at all. I was served drinks before and after the session. Elva did a deep cleansing facial that had such a visible difference before and after, I am very impressed. Extractions are usually painful too but this is much more tolerable than usual. I also did a foot scrub by QiQi. She was very patient in explaining how I can better take care of my feet and my feet feels much smoother after They didn’t ask me to do a review upfront but i felt this place deserves it! Will definitely be back again soon :)

Appreciate the sweet thoughts of decorating the room as I'm celebrating my hubby's birthday & our wedding ceremony same day. Clear explanation of the type of massage to select beforehand. No hard selling at all after the massage. Masseurs are professional & not talkative during the massage. It would be nice if there's jacuzzi available.

Coco was my therapist and it was clear that she's very experienced. She could get to all those acupoints and the sore spots easily. The entire massage was relaxing with just the right amount of strength used. The receptionist was also personable and helpful. Such a hidden gem!

Went for the first time on the new year after our staycay. Quite impressive greetings and able to arrange suitable time. Also each customer will be given a piece of form and asked on requested focus area to concentrate on. The foot massage was okay but not the best because regardless of informing them on the form that I prefer more focus on my calf, not much time were spent there. More time were spent on the feet itself. So, not sure if the information were passed down or customer need to say it again. Which would be redundant. Can't recall much about my body massage because I was too hung up on how my foot massage was. Also were asked if I wanted dessert but I left without having it because it was not served. Meh. Place has a smoking room while waiting for your turn. Overall, it's just okay. Not too sure if it's worth recommending though. Perhaps you might want to reiterate about what goes on the form.

One of the better quality affordable ones I've been to! It's convenient to go to, spacious place and clean. Also can shower before AND after massage! Prices are reasonable but the best thing is no package, no hard sell BUT there's a loyalty program. After 5 normal price purchase, you get 3 free!!
