Bought a Slinger Bag from the Tennis Bot Asia team after doing lots of online research. Greg helped me out over whatsapp with a ton of pre purchase questions I had. Once I made my decision to go ahead, the ordering and delivery process was smooth and well tracked. The slinger bag itself is brilliant. I highly recommend it and the team at Tennis Bot Asia.

Tennis bot Asia is really impressive! Not only in terms of pricing but also service. Greg has such a wonderful personality. For anyone who thinks they can sufficiently research a purchase of any higher-value product online or just watching you tube reviews, one phone call or even text chat string with Greg of TennisBot and you will realize how very essential direct human interaction is. I did all the online stuff and thought I had made a good decision based on those "digital inputs". But then, after reaching out to Greg on my trip to Singapore to purchase the model I thought I wanted and he actually talked me down to a 1 model lower. Not many salesmen try to sell a lower-priced unit so this showed me that he truly cared. So - when I got my unit and got it back to Jakarta, I was so happy. The amount of pre and post purchase advice he gave and still gives me now is really just unmatched. On a day when another Lobster distributor was closed, Greg stepped in an made my purchase easy. Even today he gave me some cool tips to further enhance the quality and enjoyment of my practice sessions. Bravo Greg ! I have only one remaining question for u ; how many Lobsters do you know of in Indonesia? Everyone who sees it working loves it...Even the hitting partners who it partially competes with !

When I called Greg i was anxious my old Lobster wouldn't throw another ball, as another servicing company had told me (with a quotation half the price if a new unit). Greg looked at the machine, diagnosed a simple "exhausted battery" (my initial guess). Once the battery replaced (on a saturday, thanks again, Greg! ) my Lobster has been working perfect. I waited 3 months to key in this review, so I'm now sure to state that Greg must be a "Lobster whisperer"! Joke aside, Tennis bot is my best "Customer satisfaction comes 1st" experience. Don't hesitate : try Tennis Bot :)

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Tennis Bot Asia. I really wanted to purchase the new Slingerbag, however, no company in Thailand sold the bag and ordering from the US wasn’t possible due to certain restrictions. When Slingerbag announced that Tennis Bot in Singapore would be the sole distributor in Asia, I reached out to Tennis Bot. From the first communication, Greg at Tennis Bot was awesome. He answered every question, and was able to explain all of the benefits of purchasing through Tennis Bot. Added to this, Greg was very knowledgeable when it came to all shipping and Customs issues with a shipment to Thailand. My order came via DHL, and arrived in only a few days. The product was packaged perfectly as well. Lastly, after receipt of the product, I had a few questions and Greg has been amazingly fast in his responses to me, at all hours. If you are in the market for the types of things they sell at Tennis Bot, they are the only place to turn. And don’t get me started on the Slingerbag. It is the best product to improve your tennis game. Period.
