My first time in ION Lululemon. Staff were extremely friendly. I needn’t had to approach anyone. That was some good service I’ve seen in a long time. Also describing on the different types of sizing and fits. I had a wonderful experience. I just found the lights were too too bright.

Not my first time at this branch and have always had mediocre service but was pleasantly surprised during my visit last Friday. Was offered help by 3 different staff in less than a minute. Special mention to Roxy who was so lovely and helpful. She was able to provide accurate information and I was able to get what I needed.

Was having a hard time finding what I need for my high intensity trainings. Ms Xuan Le came to me and was able to understand my training needs very quickly m. She promptly proceeded to get me all the correct tops I need, and so far everything she recommended works! Down to the correct sizing! Super happy with the 5 items I got today 😍 Amazing service! They gave tailored recommendations and detailed explanation of the products while paying attention to the type of workouts I do! The staff and ops team is really exceptional. They are non pushy, know when to help and when to give space and attend to your queries very quickly when asked. The price of the jacket I bought was 250, but for the material and service level, I would it was worth it.

First! The address in Google Maps is wrong. The store is inside ION mall at B1! Second! The customer service is exceptional. The whole team is patient and extremely helpful. They don’t want to sell you something it does not look good on you! I was lucky to have Khal as sales assistant. Phenomenal service, always smiling and doing the best she could so I am happy with my decision! Well done to the team and the store culture

I first visited a Lululemon store in SF and was mind blown by the excellent customer service. However I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to try on anything. Have also popped in to Lululemon outlets in Taipei and Seoul but was largely underwelmed by the service (or lack thereoff). I finally got a pair of Align leggings in Singapore, thanks to Ray and his wonderful assistance in making shopping fun again! :)

Blown away by the service quality of this place! Located at the heart of city, the location is great if you need to get anything as a gift. It's not a place that's catered for yoga-goers like their Duxton outlet though, so do take note. Do try to make a trip and have yourself pampered, as the service team would run you through some recommendations and help you with giving you a room with your name on it - and they actually remember your names thereafter, which is a super nice touch.

Staff is very helpful in finding exactly what you are looking for, and despite the number of customers the lean team checked on me every few minutes just when I needed them. Merchandise was top-notch as expected of Lululemon. It isn't the largest outlet in town, but they had everything I was looking for.
