Not sure is the quality of the string or the restring skills, the string only lasts me for 3 months! Other shop could easily lasts me at least a year. Uncle is friendly and shop is nearer to my house, but sadly don't think will go back again.

Hassle-less online experience, perfect for millennials like me where I don't want to talk too much with ppl questioning my choice of string, tension and racket. 2 problems though: 1. Certain categories like the grip lacks description. They just put model number which doesn't land on anything on Google. Grommet replacement is not available as an option on the website either. 2. Wrong string. My order was BG80 power. They used BG66 Ultimax instead. While similarly priced, those are 2 strings with very different profiles. Beginner mistake for stringing, should have communicated or use sth similar if ran out.

I came here to get my rackets stringed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which was great for a newbie like me. Another huge plus point to this store is that it's located just a few meters from exit D of Bishan MRT. I would definitely recommend this store!
