Mandatory visit if you are Liverpool Fans, Such a happy places for YNWA citizens 😅 The staff hospitality however, might need an improvement. They seem like busy with their own stuffs and reluctant to handle customers.

YNWA. The staff were really nice and accommodating, I wanted to buy the manager's jacket but it they do not have a stock of it. Understandable because of Singapore's climate, they do have scarves though.

You never walk alone. It's like in anfield. Just browsing and looking at the pictures display of John Barnes, Ian Rush give the feelings of my favourite Clubs. Merchandise looks good but just Quite Expensive.

If could be much lower if not for it is a LFC store and the excellent service always rendered by Mac (was lucky to bump into him on his temp attachment at LFC) and Aidil. Know them since Weston days and so far, both their service is generally really a class above the rest at LFC store as so far I only noticed both of them do go the extra mile for customers. Why I say so is because when I lost my original receipt and I wish to change size for the bonus T Shirt, this particular staff that time insisted he can't do anything for me even though he knew I actually bought and went back the same day to exchange. Was very fortunate I bump into Mac later. He told me to extract my credit card transaction proof and he asked Aidil to help me try retrieve my receipt. When I went back 2 days later, I just flashed another staff the proof of purchase as Aidil was busy and he although he changed for me immediately after showed my proof and mentioned Aidil, he said in a condescending tone I cannot blame the other staff as by right need the original receipt and hinted the fault to me. Without him knowing, I know their system and is just a matter of whether they have the integrity and want to make the effort to track and retrieve the receipt which I believe Mac and co has done numerous times before. If he is really the superior, this reflects his standard of service attitude which is unfortunately inferior to his subordinates. He could have simply just apologised for making me come down another time. I have frequented this store many times and while the range of merchandise is good, the waiting time can be definitely better. The service standards here can also definitely be better as can feel the difference between Weston and here. It could first start by stationing more staff and emphasizing to their staff what is the Liverpool way.
