K. K.I like Royal Sporting House in Tanglin Mall, Always had the latest and different brands of sports clothes, one of Royal Sporting House best selling outlets, very close to my place just walking distance.

M.My husband visited this branch today and wanted to purchase a bag we saw at Suntec outlet yesterday.he tried calling the store a few times yesterday evening however nobody picked up.He showed the staff the picture and the guy did not even know that they have this product in the store.After checking the storeroom, he came out and said that they dont have this product!My husband told the staff that his colleague at Suntec branch had checked the stock count before heading down.The response was:"it will take 3 days for the system to update the stock quantity so it might have been out of stock."It is ridiculous to have this answer when we were at suntec yesterday evening and went down due to the availability.Eventually,the staff went in again to the storeroom and finally came out with the bag and told us it was at the corner and there was a delivery this morning.If the delivery was legit this morning as claimed,you had unboxed the products and went through the skus on the DO but you didnt know that you have this product?The staff here definately need some training.
