Had an exceptional experience at The North Face IMM, thanks to Mr. Darven's outstanding customer service. He was incredibly friendly and took the time to offer valuable recommendations on puffer jackets, highlighting key features to consider. Mr. Darven was thorough in explaining the different types of jackets suited for the winter season, and despite me taking over an hour to decide, he remained patient and supportive throughout. I also wanna acknowledge his colleagues, Ms. Winny and Mr. Hilal, who welcomed customers with warm smiles and were ready to assist anyone who walked in. The entire team created a positive and helpful shopping atmosphere. For those looking for attentive cum friendly service, I highly recommend visiting The North Face IMM. However, note that winter stock, especially larger sizes is running low.

TNF has yet to catch up to the idea of having a range for outlet and a range for boutique. As such, all the old stuff and odd sizes gets pushed to outlet, unlike other brands that sell slightly dull designs with many sizes specifically made for outlet. Jackets- strange colours and small sizes, such as US M for men. Most men need L size, especially if layering. Fleece- plenty of choices, heavy though. Not cheap but it's branded. Windbreaker- some choices, not cheap but it's branded. Down- I think it's cheaper to import from US, but then you lose the warranty. If you buy something to wear inside, it's a great place to shop, TNF down jacket is really a cut above compared to Asian brands. If you have a big budget go to North Bridge Road area, many good American brands there to choose from. I'm 85kg, 1.8m, sleeve 35cm, kind of Ape arms. fleece US M fits great, jacket I should look at US L. If not layering, Jacket US M should be fine. A price tag is included for reference.

Winter range all snapped up at this time with no new stocks due to covid. Staff is helpful but the trends and fashion for winter wear in Singapore can be enhanced, esp when travels are resuming.
