Greg is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Went in to get a carbon fiber cue and cue case, he explained everything to me. Bought the case and will be back for the carbon cue stick. Learned a lot from him. He and The Q Shop definitely deserve 5 stars.

Nice billiard supply shop. Good selection of cues, balls, bags, and other necessities and accoutrements. Friendly service. Hours of operation are sometimes unpredictable.

Dealt with The Q Shop to get a cue upgrade, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and enquiries, even continued answering me after working hours. Awesome place for all your pool needs ! Got my first cue here years back and got another one yesterday for a mate . Service still as stellar as always. Don't understand some of the other reviews here that say they don't entertain novices and newbies. So untrue . I'm an amateur player and they have been nothing but nice and helpful and non-judgemental. If you're ever looking to up your game or take it to the next level , drop by their store and upgrade yourself. I'm gonna come back soon enough. Thanks alot for the awesome service Greg and Kelvin !
