While the PYX Bag design and functionality has been great but it's frustrating to see issues after about slightly a year (zip track) despite a high price tag. I foresee more issues, it seems like the waterproofing is causing such problems. While the brand has provided recommendations, unfortunately it's a complex issue to resolve Nonetheless, appreciate the help and hope to see better products down the road.

Passed by the store and the sunglasses on display caught my attention. Decided to walk in to check out. Felicia Peh was on duty, and she didn't come across as pushy. Very friendly with a pleasant personality. Ended buying a new luggage + 3 sunglasses from her. Will definitely come back to visit her again.

Had a pleasant experience with the staff Felicia and Kat here at Thee bold stories, which is an all rounded travel store! So they have everything from backpacks to luggages and sunglasses. Also managed to find the owala in the colourway I’ve been looking for :>
