I recently visited the Under Armour store at Orchard Central and had an outstanding shopping experience. The service was absolutely admirable—staff were friendly and attentive, offering thoughtful product recommendations without being pushy. They truly understood my needs and guided me towards the best choices, which made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. The store itself had a welcoming atmosphere, with a clean and well-organized layout. It felt like a comfortable space to browse, and the staff’s genuine enthusiasm created a positive vibe throughout the store. What stood out the most, however, was the staff’s knowledge. They were incredibly well-versed in the brand’s products and could answer all my questions about the materials, sizing, and performance features of different items. It was clear they took pride in providing helpful and informed advice. Overall, my experience at Under Armour Orchard Central was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality products and great service.

Its a big store located in Orchard Central on Orchard road. They have average variety in women shoes and apparel. Better variety for men apparel but not so great shoes. Other than these they have accessories like socks, caps, bags etc. The staff is polite and cooperative, they were even helpful with GST refund process as we were buying as tourists. If you want to claim, please note that GST claim is allowed over 100Sgd and passport will be required for claim and 2% will be deducted as per Sg policy (as per what the store shared).

Under Armour Orchard, Central offers bigger retail space, greater varieties, and a more immersive shopping experience for the fans than the previous Orchard Gateway store. Project Rock Collection is created in collaboration with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, based on the motto of relentless inspiration, the project boasts an exciting lineup of apparel, footwear, and accessories for the fans. The new Under Armour Orchard Central flagship store is located at 181 Orchard Road, #01-07/08, and operates from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. daily.

Exceptional customer service provided by Cece and I believe the Store manager. Every time I’ve shopped at this store, I’ve always received kind, friendly, helpful and efficient service.
