j. l.Finally they have opened a nice & large outlet at the northern part of Singapore. Lots of Japanese seafood, meat, sushi, bento sets etc at a decent price. Great for residents staying in the North.
l. l.Love the royal milk tea & other food stuff. Great promo of 2 bags for $8. Better than the usual 3 in 1 & higher quality. Its fr Japan! Foodstuff is fresh & OOS mostly. Great place to shop but definitely quality.
C. T.This is the newest Don Don Donki outlet in Singapore. Just like any other Don Do. Donki outlet, the layout is cluttered and the signs and the noise are overwhelming. I've been here a few times at different times on different days and it is always crowded. Not a place to relax and shop. Better if you know what you want, go in, get it and get out.

J. M.Went to self check out at the outlet on 16 Oct, 6.20pm. Apparently 1 of the items was discounted and didn't show on the receipt. So i went to ask the staff at the self check out side. The woman who was malay, just told me "oh, can go to the counter." And i had already paid for the item. She could have explained to one of her colleagues to void the sale. But did not.
And next time they should put a sign that says for all the items on offer have to check out at the cashier.

Crowded store.. and tiny aisles for customer and staff to move ard.. this is a turn off. Besides that all is fine - Its a Donki!
K. W.I like the store experience. My favourite foods are Natto, beef, instant noodles, and various types of titbits.
Just wish we can self checkout deducting the points with the app deducting.

N. H.Great variety of Japanese goods. However, store layout is cramp and queue for payment is long. Popular items like bento boxes run out very quickly too.
O. ..It's not a very big outlet, but things that we need can be found here. Happy that we didn't have to travel too far to get items from Don Don Donki!
The staff by the name of Qian Yi at the self checkout today was really rude!! She and her tonality, it's just wow!
Needed help with frasers rewards, ask her nicely.
Can I scan for frasers points, please?
Her reply was, "AT THE SIDE"! with her stare..
We were thinking, ok........... for sure we can move to the side.
We didn't expect to hear please or other courtesy words, neither do we expect to receive such rudeness from her.
Maybe it's a bad day for her. And its might also not be a good day for others. 🤷♀️
