Bought two packs of rice in store (by 榮记) S$4.95 + S$3.80. Packings looked nice, portions normal, some bones 鸡肉和鸭肉很多骨，义烧蛮硬，chicken not tender compared to 榮记own store at 680143, if compared to the store at 680016.... good to try for this first time only. A little bit warm, store did not provide heating when asked. Tried to make hot at home, chilli and sauces provided are good though. Overall, can only say, lacklustre. It is a well stoked supermarket. It location is good with bus terminal and MRT/LRT station nearby.

A large supermarket that can fulfil most of your daily needs. My only complains are the fresh vegetables and fish running out of stock at certain hours on certain days, and the expensive prices of fruits. There are counters for fish, fresh meat, roast chicken, sushi and hams.

Convenient location beside mrt station and bus interchange, open 24 hours. Quite well stocked but if you are looking for more organic products, then need to head to Bukit Panjang Plaza's NTUC instead.

Shopping at here always gives me the pleasant feeling because of good quality of customer service. I agree that, almost all of the staff are so well-trained, courteous, humble and patient. All these have shown when I need guidance to find out items as well as when I forgot to weigh fruit/vegetables, the counter staff will halt the scanning process and personally assist me instead of asking me to weigh by myself using demanding tone (I don't deny that we can lose the patience after serving customer and standing on feet for long hours by doing repetitive job). I hereby want to especially praise Ms. Lee Xin Hung (counter staff). Her patience, very humble and polite attitude has made my shopping experience at Fairprice out of expectation and very pleasant.

This branch is well stocked with good selection of fresh produces, groceries and daily necessities. Clean environment with sufficient walking space. Service of staff can be improved though.

Prefer the one at Bukit Panjang Plaza for buying poultry/vegetables/organic food because they have more variety. But this branch has more variety for frozen food, especially if you're a vegetarian.

Nicely stocked. 24H. Can park right outside the ntuc but parking is expensive. Oct Have a free 1 Hr parking between 12-2.30pm. Pretty rude and impatient staff maybe due hectic schedule

I love making yu sheng & treat frens & family during CNY but the last week before CNY I can't get the shredded tricolour cucumber carrots & radish ntuc sell them individually packed at $3.60 each.. for 3 it's $10.80.. towards the end of CNY only they sell all 3 mix in1 packet My goodness even cold storage selling at $3.20 each.. NTUC please help us locals celebrate CNY without burning our pockets!!

Fairprice at Hillion just like any Fairprice Hypermarket in Singapore. It's big, clean with rows & rows of fruits, vegetables, frozen food, seafood sections. Not to mention shelf full of toiletries, groceries & they even have a small corner of plants, soils etc.

The day I tried to buy a bottle of drinking water the price was very expensive but when I went to NTUC I saw a Neskafe set with a bottle of drinking water that I wanted to buy was not that expensive so I also bought at NTUC quickly, you are like me to buy a lot of things at NTUC at reasonable prices and very cheap and affordable
