T. M.Good for those who are just short of a few items as it is accessible and convenient for those who are on the way home. However the options are very limited so one would be better off going to Seletar Mall's NTUC Finest should one be attempting to do some actual grocery shopping.
J. Q. C. P.The place is rather small but carries most of the necessity stuffs to cater for the residents here.There is a coffee shop next door and the HDB car park behind.Both provided some conveniencies for the customers.

J. C.Although a smaller outlet, the staff there are generally polite and friendly. Sometimes it's good to go for a less crowded outlet and look for your things quietly like this.
P. Y.This NTUC fairprice is small. With the increased un nee HDB flats nearby, the crowd is getting bigger. They stock the basic essential. You'll have to go Seletar mall NTUC for more varieties.
