Was greeted by very friendly staff. Customer service was on point. Kudos to the management for hiring and ensuring staff on the ground are up to standard. Overall short but a pleasant trip at Hougang Mall Outlet

Was there on 31st Oct about 3pm which is last day to redeemed our free juice on birthday month. The waitress from name tag shown as trainee she was great and patient on explaining the t&c regarding the free drink redeem.As well for one of the black shirt lady I guess is incharge over there.The quality there was good also. Thank you and kudos to the teams!

Nearest outlet from me. Can't be happier that it opens here. I guess everything is alright just that the waiting you will need to roam around for about 5 to 10 mins. As you will cause traffic congestion if you would like to wait near the store. And of course, there is Koi too. So customers from both stores will have to fight the space together with people entering and exiting the mall. First place that i can collect my Fraser Points !

Only indulge in a coconut shake occasionally.... you can purchase a botak coconut from the fruit stall or supermarket for $2.50 and home make your shake if you are not prepared to pay $4.50 for a Mr Coconut shake!
