Great workmanship by Syafiq to change and stitch a new sole to this pair of shoes. He gave professional advice that the old sole should not be used anymore as the rubber is already breaking down. The shoe look like new

The owner of the franchise was quick to help and went out of his way to show me how to care for some of my leather products. He took time to help me make a decision about some older shoes and worked hard to make sure the shoe was repaired correctly. I would recommend his services to any of my friends if they are looking to properly care for their leather products or restore some old shoes!

Took 1 week for fixing my shoe sole. Due to alot of damages shoe & bags in store. Friendly staff. Will try his best to fix the shoe to original state as fast as possible for the customer to use it. Recomended to try if got any shoe sole issue or fixing thread or damage bags.

Jawhar was great. He changed the battery in my watch in a timely and efficient manner. I asked for some advice on how to keep my leather birkenstocks from getting mouldy and he helped me do a polish gratis. Will go back to this shop for any repairs I need in the future!

The owner offers his advice for my shoes. I had only thought to glue the soles back but he offered to stitch them as well as gluing would not solve the issue fully. The shoes now looked almost as good as new.

A professional owner who knows his craft well. Super knowledgeable on the different materials and how they interact with glue, stitching etc. He’s also quite experienced with his work. Brought my jordan 3s to get their sole separation issue fixed and he told me about how the material isn’t suitable to be glued and wouldn’t last after being glued, thus saving me money. As a bonus, the owner is also super friendly and passionate about his work. Sadly the store seems to be understaffed.

He singlehandedly runs the repair and occasionally employs part-timers, (locals - who can be brash and clueless about shoe restoration)* Jahwar is very knowledgeable of leather and application of products to revitalise them. I entrusted my George Cleverley loafers, Good Year Welted, to attach Rubber Vibram soles and it turned out fine. Kudos to Jahwar!

Went down to ask for a quote to get a pair of heels repaired, staff was upfront and gave good recommendation and not pushing out unnecessary services for the sake of sales. The staff that attended to me was very professional. Good work ethics and well mannered. My new shoes sole gave way barely after 3 months. Went to the shop asked him if he can help. I am willing to wait for 1 hour as long he can spared me a pair of shoes or slippers. He said no. But offer to fo it immediately as long as i don't mind to wait inside the shoe. After half hour, all is done and he even out of his own initiatives, polished both my shoes.

Amazing service that left me very impressed! Wahid was extremely efficient, honest and meticulous - he saw exactly what the problem was very quickly and explained to me straight up what he was going to do. I told him it’s a gift so it’d be good if he could avoid scratching the metal and he heard me out. I explained I needed it in 2 days and he told me I could come back in 5 minutes. It was perfect. Also very reasonable with his quotation. Enjoyed our little chat as well. This gentleman truly takes pride in his work and I am so relieved and glad to have found him! Went on 18 Aug to get my motorcycle box key duplicated but unfortunately was unable to. The shopkeeper however was kind enough to suggest alternative place to get it done and he still did modification to my spare key to make it usable again. This kind of customer service is hard to come by nowadays.

They do engraving services on metal. I called to ask for wood engraving and they didn't just brush me away or turned me down so I went down for them to take a look. They called me the next day and informed me that they couldn't do wood engraving but they gave me an alternative at a reasonable price. Did it on the spot and love the craftsmanship. Second time comming to the shop . First visit was to duplicate a key .. was Quick and professional about his recommendation on weather the type i want is suitable for the duplicate . .Second time was to change the sole of my birkenstock .. waited awhile as he went out for lunch .. but he left his number .. was there within 5 mins after he responded via test.. after taking alook at my sandals he gave his professional opinion.. and was frank about it not trying to upsell or push anything item on me . Overall a pleasent experience..

Ive been bringing my Valentino and Manolo Blahnik heels to Imran from Mr Minit to get the protection base done. Awesome guy whom always ensure the heels were all perfectly done before collection.
