I’ve been going to Cynthia for all my tailoring needs for many years now. I will confidently say that she is ‘The’ best in what she does. She does magic with clothes that are completely out of range to fit me. The reason she is so good in her craft is largely due to the fact that she has this innate quality to understand her customers and their needs real quickly. And I think that’s how everything she does falls on perfectly. I’m glad I got to know her. She and her tailors are very versatile…. They do a great job of western and traditional outfits. She is my entire family’s go-to person for our tailoring needs. Highly recommend her!

We loved to sent our clothes for alteration at Oumi because the lady owner, Cynthia, is very precise and good. All our alteration were perfectly done. Even the difficult ones, etc shortening the sleeves are cuff length are done nicely. Most of our linens and delicate clothing are sent to her for dry cleaning. Awesone service and highly recommended. Got 2 formal shirts tailored for my suit because no ready-made shirts ever fit me (186cm and small waist). Both fit perfectly and have a high quality feel to them. Fast and friendly service. I got a Polo-Tee altered and that was also done perfectly.

Cynthia (the boss) is exceptional - her attention to detail is amazing, have been going to her for quite a few years and she’s my go-to tailor/alteration/dry-cleaning specialist. Thanks to her, my jacket which had a hole in the back, was fixed, my pants with leather sides that were peeling off, were fixed, and almost all of my out-of-this-world tailoring/alteration emergencies; were fixed. She has a design background, and is meticulous in trying to find the best way to solve a problem, be it a torn t-shirt or split pants, and I have given her a few pieces with free reign to create individual t-shirts, and she made such amazing individual pieces. She handles all my leather jackets, and has vast knowledge of textiles, patterns, etc. I use her dry cleaning/laundry services too - and fully recommended as well. Her staff are also polite, extremely hardworking and have a great work ethic (like her). I trust her expertise - and she truly is a professional.

I had a heavy duty hema sword fighting pants which had its zip broken. Went to several tailors to repair but was rejected by all of them. Finally came across OUMI and they accepted the job and was able to fix it in just a day!! Great service and reasonable prices. Owner was friendly and accept all jobs despite the difficulty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a tailor. 👍👍

Came to know about the shop online while looking around for a great tailor with a reasonable price ( budget ). My odd vest, odd trousers and dress shirt came damn near perfect and sometimes i question the price for the high quality. Great customer service, superbly understated tailor.

For wedding needs, I found OUMI online which is not far from my home. I was convinced by the service provided by the lady boss and felt that no matter how much I dislike giving feedback or how busy I am, I should give feedback to express my gratitude. A brief conversation with the landlady made me feel that I could trust her aesthetic sense. She can follow a person's skin color, age, and temperament at the first glance and suggest suitable colors to make the color they wear more popular. We made a total of two sets of coats, 3 long-sleeved tops and 2 additional trousers, and the boss lady personally measured them. The coat can be described as perfect and does not need to be modified at all. The proprietress has six employees, and the two employees we interacted with also had very good attitudes. The proprietress is not often in the store, so if you want her to serve you personally, it's best to call her first. When I was choosing evening clothes, the proprietress gave me a lot of advice, and I really spent a lot of time with her. Finally, I listened to her opinions, bought ready-made ones, and gave them to her for modifications. After I put on the evening dress, the boss lady immediately adjusted the size. My relatives and friends thought I had it made to measure. In addition, she also told us how to match our clothes: such as what style, color shoes and tie to choose, what jewelry to match, etc. She also taught us how to care for and wash these clothes. I don't think we can get this kind of service at the same price elsewhere. Thank you boss lady. Wish you a prosperous business Healthy and happy
