Just want to share my first exp with this shop. Aunty is very polite and tbh price is same as their competitor beside. I went with this because I was served with a smile. I went to shorten 3 pants and while 2 are perfectly done, 1 of them came one side longer than the other, would say 0.5cm difference. I like to think it's a little slip up on the tailors part else will give 5s, nevertheless I will return for their services and would recommend their shop to others.

Often alterations noted down on item and receipt - end up with a final product that does not tally. Takes a long while for them to find your item (sometimes you even have to come back another day cos they cannot find it). They really should have a better system in place. Friendly ladies and pretty decent workmanship and fees, but there's only so many times (and patience) I can go back and forth for the same order.

The young lady was very kind and gave me a spare accessory when the job was very small and was only necessary due to a missing spare part. Thankful to them. Will definitely come back when I need alteration done.
