Thanks for Mr Quek teaching on my PDVL lesson at Sim Ming center. I had pass all the 3 paper from my first attempt. He had taught us the easier ways to memorise for paper 2. Thanks alot. 😊

There is an FOC medical screening provided if you sign up for TDVL under CDG. But do note that there is a waiting time of up to 3 weeks for the report to be sent to CDG. Do not book for TDVL class until the medical report is ready. A few things to take note are that the hotline is always busy and this info wasn't shared clearly on their website.

I am aware that there are numerous negative reviews, but all the cabs I have ridden in during my recent visit to Singapore had drivers who were friendly, helpful and really nice. It has been a real blessing to encounter such awesome drivers.

I am impressed with the service rendered by Customer Service Officer Aisha, for helping with the application of TDVL. Her positive vibes & proactiveness has made the process a fuss free one. It's such a great experience being served by her. Great job, Aisha!

Special call out to Mr Mohamed Ali of SHD 3330 L who went the second mile to pick my mother in wheelchair and I despite the long wait to turn into carpark of the polyclinic. I had 1 previous cancellation. So I am really appreciative of Mr Mohamed Ali.

If you lose an item in the cab, you can call the booking number, and talk to the customer care representative. The representative is generally faster to help than putting down a list item report to the chatbot.

Occasionally good, mostly bad experiences with rude, mean comfort taxi drivers. Makes me appreciate buses and MRT rides. Nowadays, take taxi when I have no choice.

Feedback on bad taxi driver was attended to seriously by company. Comfort is still the better choice for taxis in Singapore.

Some drivers have no clue where they are going and some of the older drivers are not very polite . In terms of service Uber much better . Generally , ok .
