Top notch service from crew and manager.

Installed a new set of Bridgestone RE004 (YOM 05/21 - Feb stocks). Tried to up sell me a new set of rims claiming that my current ones are out of shape leading to difficulty in balancing the tyres, however I rejected the offer. Mounting of new tyres to the rims was done properly with the yellow dot aligned to the valve stem (some tyre shops don’t bother). Free tyre puncture repair and 3x rotation with the purchase.

My family and I have been their regular for over 10 years! The store manager, Mr Thomas Leong, is the reason we have always patronised them! Very friendly, hardworking and always very patient and helpful! His after-sales service is top class!

Stanford staffs were very patience with us and don't rush us into making decisions ..They explained very clearly of the recommended tyres and rims for our car and the importance of safety .. overall experience is good and wish they could bring back the car accessories and parts.

Visited Stamford Macpherson a week ago (4th Sept) to look for rims & tyres. Kent & Ah Heng attended to me. Talked to them about my concerns for rims & tyres and they recommended me accordingly to my needs. They give the best advices especially if you are unsure of whether you should proceed with changing of rims or tyres. Their service are on top notch and always have a smile on their face. Very nice to chat with them! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & honest. On top of that, they did not upsell any other products as well! Especially Kent & Ah Heng. Thank you both! At the end, changed my rims & tyres, leaving the place with a smile too! Not forgetting other staff working in Stamford Macpherson, they are also very warm and welcoming to you on the visit. Great customer service! 5 stars! Kudos to the team! Strongly recommend this place!

Went there to fix a tyre leak. Prompt and fast. Friendly and informative. Could do better if they improve on their SOP. They removed the nail and patched the tyre and top up the air accordingly. What they could have done is to check the air pressure for the other three tyres. For a company of such scale, this should be their SOP and that will make them standout from the rest and not like just any other tyre shop.

Had a nail in one tyre. Staff checked and found no damage, took out nail and no need to do patching. No charge. Thanks for the help. Will come bk when i need tyre n other car services in future.

Great staff and service...staffs there know their product very well...always recommend the tyres that suit your needs...free tyre rotation and patching when you buy tyres from them...definitely coming back for my next purchase...
